stock worthless according to e-trade. cost $5 per transaction to get them to send worthless cert. for tax purposes. they will pay .01 per share in a buy back. not sure i understand this, but guess it really doesn't matter. they moved the office to england, so i assume they are out of reach and any expectations that this company will resurface are completely unrealistic at this point. the only thing anyone could do is mount a class action suit against the company and try and recover some of what has been lost, but even that is doubtful that anything has a hope of being recovered.
