Ugh, missed this too but I'm not sure if the list is accurate and some of the old names were mixed in with the two new ones. I don't know why the Nevada site mentions only Reinboth and Greif while this shows some of the old players. If you do a search for Johnny Bannister on the Nevada site he comes up as the president of Incorporated Productions but I'm not sure if that's just a legacy data error post split because he does not appear in the new filing.

Listed as a "Director" of PROD: Billies Greif is a legitimate film producer with a half dozen credits over the past ten years. Small movies to be sure but of enough stature to show she is a film maker.
She has operated a couple of content companies in addition to producing films. In Greifs' company, EVERLAND, a Michael Reinboth is listed as a "team member".

The DTCC never reveals why they impose or remove a chill or global lock. The company has said nothing, so the only info that is available is the SEC Suspension, Admin Proceeding, and Litigation.

The only pertinent info is in those filings.

Dang, the DTCC has even removed the chill or global lock on revoked stocks. Maybe the DTCC does this so that Brokers can finally clear the last trades before the chill or global locked was imposed.

I just realized that FGBF had been suspended by the SEC 2 1/2 years ago. That means the FGBF is on the Grey Sheets indefinitely. The DTCC removal of the global lock will at least permit the stock to trade but on the Grey Sheets the Brokerages may refuse to allow buy orders as I described in a prior post. Market Makers are forbidden to quote or make a market for any Grey Sheet stock.

It could take a few days for every Brokerage to receive the DTCC information removing the global lock.

FWIW, Brokerages cannot deny sell orders when a DTCC chill or global lock has been removed but they can deny buy orders which substantially limits liquidity. Check with your Brokerage to learn what their policies are regarding formerly chilled or globally locked stocks that have been cleared to trade by the DTCC.

Andrew McLaughlin of Rangemore Was Bannisters Partner in Urban Tantra, they go back along way. McLaughlin will be Bannisters dummy here. What to know anything about Bannisters where abouts this is the monkey to ask.

Bannister was banned from being a Director of any company in the Isle of Man for around 9 years if memory serves (easy to find for more info)judge described him as someone the public needed to be protected from. We can also state Bannister is not nor has never been a solicitor in the Isle of Man or UK.

The Miami Address which claims to be the head office or address of RANGEMORE (SEE BELOW) is ALSO THE SAME ADDRESS as Urban Tantra ran by McLaughlin and Bannister, just a box number different phone number, but they may answer cos i don't think they'll be expecting phone calls asking for Bannister, even though its pretty easy to connect Bannister and McLaughlin?????
