Hey Perchy.I was doing a little research on Punch TV and noticed
you could get punch on Direct TV.
is Punch TV still part of Direct now?

What will be interesting to see as per the 8k is how much shares Punch will receive and at what price?? Will it be .05, .5, or even a dollar?!? This will be very interesting. Also have to keep in mind if/when the deal is closed ICPA will now rake in all of those advertising revenues, and the potential for growth with someone like Steve who has all of the inside routes. Not to mention Punch's current revenues will have to be taken into consideration when valuating ICPA. I am sure those revs will grow exponentially with a man like Steve at the helm in the future ;)

LoL! talk to a tax advisor to be safe! Like me, I am safe, cause I got 20 grand I can play with, Once you make more than 20 grand, then the capital gains tax starts! It is only on profits!

For me I can do it! But you have they wash rule to remember too!

As long as you understand wash rule, you can understand it better!

Here another hint, do not play games with IRS on this, it will be severe! One I know found out!

Best to have a tax preparer do it, so you are safe!!

Didn't need a preparer last spring, but will have one next winter if I take out more than 20 grand!

For 100.00 bucks, you are safe, and don't lie to tax preparer!

Feeling and knowing your safe, goes a long ways and you don't haft to look over your shoulder everyday from IRS!

Hey Perchy, question for you, what about those guy that flip stock? If you had 1 millions shares and sold at say .20 then bought back in at say .15 cent to increase your share count because you never actually cash out of your account would you gain pay 30% on that 1 millions you sold even if you bought back in at .15 cent? Piece by piece, we're heading to NASDAQ folks! ICPA sure does know how to exceed expectations. Here I was simply waiting for a PR about how Punch TV picked up Static! LOL Think of how the finalization of the Punch TV acquisition will impact the PPS, along with the release of the Clearvision details, amongst other things going on -- like Steve's upcoming interview on Thursday night, STT Radio.

Yep, hope lots hold till the year goes by, then they only haft to pay a a 15% tax on capital gains instead of 38%, for my state if I hold a tear, believe it is only 5% instead of 8 or 9%, mine begins in aug. for real!, most next fall and this year in that part, in other words looking great!!!!!! Hold long,sell few above ask price and leave them come to you!!!!

Newbie here. ICPA I have been stuying charts, learning everything I can b-4 diving in. Having that been said, I have watching several penny stks over the past few weeks and have seen astonomical growth in some and watch others not quite hit their bottom yet b4 they bounce. In regard to ICPA, i have researched historical data and press over a several year time period. How do any of you derive the opinion of ICPA hitting $1. plus? PLEASE NOTE: I ask that with the utmost respect. I am a newbie but I do realize that any answers to this question are in your honest opinion. Thank you in advance. Best of luck to all of you on ICPA. I agree dolly, there will be alot of new faces next week and I expect alot of buying by them also!! Some will be in it to pump but really the real pump comes from the 8k and the CC deal which are both huge in their on right. As a long like you I just sit back and watch the show. Last run up I could have dump around .05 but with something as good as ICPA and knowing where it is headed, I definitely don't want the possibility of not getting back in at a lower price so I just let it ride and it makes a stress free winner for me!! Longs will be rewarded on this one, ICPA is the best stock I own!!!

We are waiting on Clear Channel to make the announcement before we and the other content partners can say anything. I am excited about the deal but I will say it's not by any means the largest iron in the fire.




Well, Steve has met with Warner Brothers recently, and not only do they do movies, but also have a line of TV shows. based off his teaser photos, I'm gonna guess we have some commercials or better yet...TV SHOWS, on the WB tv network.

Luckily, I have the person money to keep everything moving forward.
Look at what we are publicly saying on our site and our facebook pages. We just finished the 1st 4 episodes of Static with 12 cast members and shot for 14 days to make it happen.
The company did had the money to pay for this. I paid for the majority of it and still kept the ownership as IC Places, Inc. You will see we have a new show we are starting production
on called Trending TV. I would not waste my money on these if I did not see the pay off for the company.
We are at a point in our business where the deals our the most complicated they have ever been. We have stepped up to a whole new world. Dealing with movie studios and TV
networks. Because of that, things take more time. I can't issue news without other parties agreeing and deals being in place.
If I did not have faith we are going the right direction I would have walked away, but I'm still here. I can't say any more than that at this time. Everything I'm saying here can be found on
our sites if you just look.
