The only thing that can be construed as a negative on the 8-K will be how we're paying for the acquisition. Bashers can cry "dilution!". I'll be very interested in the details, particularly the price of the shares we're giving to Punch TV.

Is a pumper with incredible facts and execution which will in turn generate massive growth. No need for cheerleading. Just lay the facts on the table. Place all the cards on the table and see what you have. I see double digit pennies sooner than most actually realize!!!

Those two cards turned face down over there on the corner of the table. No worries, those are huge winning cards. Steve always has irons in the fire that we dont know about that has the potential to blow the lid off this thing.. IMHO Steve blew the lid off Friday, but wait, didn't he blow the lid off with Clear Vision and EZ VIP and STATIC and URBAN BEAT HOLLYWOOD, and on and on(you get my drift)....

I'm afraid monday is going to bring all the pumpers back. at least this time all the longs here will know who's who. there will be a lot of shakers coming in trying to get cheap shares. i'm sure when we get around the .05 range there will be those that will start hollering the skys falling!PERCHY and other longs have the right idea sell a few to keep it moving up but don't get shook loose! we all get in quandrys on whether to sell or hold. We are waiting on Clear Channel to make the announcement before we and the other content partners can say anything. I am excited about the deal but I will say it's not by any means the largest iron in the fire.




Well, Steve has met with Warner Brothers recently, and not only do they do movies, but also have a line of TV shows. based off his teaser photos, I'm gonna guess we have some commercials or better yet...TV SHOWS, on the WB tv network.

Cany anybody tell us what our true value now, i mean, how much will be open next Monday? any rough idea? personaly, I think, for the CC' 49M news single alreay set our value about 8cents+/share, and with the PUNCH TV's news, bring us the value even bigger than CC, I' guessing 20 cents+, definately not 3.3 cents, gap up for sure, but who wants to sell under 10 cents?

You are correct. We did see some pretty good pumping by a few on the last run up, and we saw the dump. But that was nothing to do with the company .. just some manipulation, as far as I can see.

Like many here, I held and watched my holdings shrink. We consolidated at a much better level, and have now started the next run up, which IMO will eclipse the previous.

The big decision is always the exit point .. mine is a long, long way off from here. Although I bought in at well below a penny, I haven't sold a single share. This company has so much going for it, and some of you guys and gals have been generous and honest with your DD; couple that with what I've seen from our CEO, and I sleep well on this one.

The penny stock back alleys are crawling with vermin, and rats are pervasive in the streets. I've paid the price to learn this. It's all about learning to read the signs, and I don't mean the ones clearly posted and lit up: you have to read between the lines to keep from crashing. Trust no-one, believe nothing, do your DD, and listen to your instincts, not your greed.

However, there are a lot of honest folks just trying for a return on investment, without any kind of skullduggery .. I'm happy for these folks when they make a buck ..

Also, I'm not down on anybody's trading style: it takes all kinds to make a market.

Thanks for that sentiment Butch! Holding takes a lot of faith in the company. For myself,it's always been about the CEO, his vision, and his work ethic. I've never seen so much transparency and honesty, except from our man at *MAG. Both ICPA and K*AG have so much potential because of the CEO's integrity.

I've been in enough POS stocks in the last two years .. this one is that rare jewel we hope to find. I believe we will all be in a very happy place soon!
