The pieces are being put into place. Let's consider what we know.

Steve has said his goal is NASDAQ. To get there, the PPS needs to be way higher than it is now. He has indicated he doesn't like shells and he has indicated that registered shares have increased to 2 billion because you don't become a big public company with only 500 million shares. So how does that growth happen?? Organically or via merger/acquisition, of course!

So, what do we have with ICPA??? A public company with websites, lots of them. Partnerships. Connections. An innovative, need-to-be-near-target restaurant review app. Deals with some big players that will be revenue generators (EZ-VIP, athletepromotions. com, Clear Channel via Clearvision Digital Networks, etc.).

Steve owns Self-Help, which is website based and revenue-generating. ICPA just acquired it for $1. So, ICPA is now bigger and poised to generate more revenue -- via SelfHelp, EZ-VIP, athletepromotions.com and the Clear Channel deal that was due to start airing June 1st. That's a lot of revenue streams!

And now we have a letter of intent to acquire Punch TV, a private start-up with a solid vision. You know, I recently saw an ad for Punch TV on cable and didn't know what it was, until my research with ICPA. We don't get Punch TV here yet, so it interesting that there was an ad for them, possibly because they are expanding into new markets? Punch isn't all that yet -- they are a start-up. But they have a vision and an awesome idea for a target audience.

Anyway, with ICPA we have a growing company with various revenue streams. We have websites and TV and a review app. We have a CEO who is very FB-oriented and has dropped a lot of clues, most recently the 2012 Social TV Ecosystem chart. If you put it all together...it would seem Steve is on the cutting edge of social TV, the next big thing. Oh and yes, Mr. Cuban is associated with EZ-VIP and is a connection of ICPA as well! It wouldn't be out of the question for him to take a more financial interest in ICPA -- though that is certainly not necessary for ICPA's success!

Social TV is the new thing, being likened to the 'early days of the Internet'. Anybody see Al Gore around?! LOL

let them pump it to a quarter, then reconslidate around what, .15 perfect, I can rebuy with the 80,000 shares sold at a quarter as profit, if it falls to .15, then it is an extra 53,000 shares in lock vault! The higher it goes, it not so easy anynore for those that wanted it to fall to a penny!

I sell for profit, money back in bank, it is my original investment dollars, but like alot of times, I rebuy! But, I never want it to go back down! That the key! The higher, the better!

Pretty amazing when all of the sudden they find out it a real stock! LoL! then they come, but longs already have a degree of control! LoL! They found that out! Nice job TEAM ICPA! There alot of us here holding a good portion of our shares for at least a year for tax advantages!

You have the pumpers that just want to see price go up then you have the eloquently spoken supporters that just want to put enough doubt to creat a little volatility for flipping then you have the naysayers who are either lifeless losers that are the misery loves company type or they just want to get back in cheap type. If Punch does not have much value at this time then if you have faith in Steve (and that is what this really gets down to) he probably won't pay too much for it. Then he most likely has a plan to get it moving and this could be because he can leverage his current assets and his relationships and contacts in the business more so than Punch could. Maybe, you're going to be able to stream Punch from IC Places.com for starters.

Good DD, Dude..As I saw from the FB of IC places, Steve put the 8-K with ICPA's historical price chart, I thinks his made the hint for us , maybe our base should be at 52 weeks high 29 cents, Just IMHO...


And for ICPA's buyout Punch TV deal, that reminds me of the Chinese proverb, " Little snake swallow giant Elephant", a HongKong Chinese Business Man Li Ka-Cheng utilized this kind of strategy to bulid his empire....a kind of Amazing....wish ICPA and Punch TV get WIN-WIN by this deal.....

At these prices a buy and hold long term strategy is a given!!!

They were planning to cover most of their position in the .0125 range and decide there to either cover all and go long or keep pushing it down... WRONG MOVE, Steve Samblis is one CEO shorts will learn not to like. This could get interesting and fast... The assumption out there was that Summer is here, ICPA has had its run, now its done... WRONG!!!! and it will become PAINFULLY WRONG for those short the stock!!! LOL

I just wanted to make another comment,and I say this because I'm just trying to keep it real here. I have a modest 700k shares for about a month and have no desire to sell one share for alooooong time,but people come on to say this is going to be a 50 cent stock in a couple months is just crazy, let's keep it real for new people to read that kind of commentary is a big turn off. long and strong here but please let's tone it down bait.

I have a lot of the same concerns,as you do.with that being said our CEO is a mega connected person in tinsel town if anyone can pull it off it would be Steve and I think punch knows that.the thing that makes me wonder more than anything about this deal is this was Collins baby......if he is willing to part with it he must think its to much of an up hill battle,after all he was the entrepreneur of the year winner.time will tell but it will take a lot of time,money and a lot of shares to get it going in the right direction.i truly believe Steve can pull it off but it will take an incredible amount of time.As far as the huge rise in pps over this deal that won't happen for along time.

When ATR* was trading in this range were you asking "who is going to buy these shares at .30?"

When ROS* was trading at over a buck were you asking who's going to buy those shares for $20? In 8 trading days?

The funny thing is, ATR* ran on pretty much momo and speculation. There was no hard news or positive events to speak of...mostly people speculating. ICPA has all the works and continues to build on its business concept. It's actually amazing how much they have been accomplishing since the beginning of the year. If ATR* can find buyers in the .30 range, rest assured you can find buyers in the .50 range for ICPA.

About news. On this level dealing with multi-national companies in some cases, I may not be able to issue a press release due to agreements with our partners. As an example, with the deal with Technicolor's wholly owned subsidiary PRN, it would have taken months to get approval from France to issue a release. But, they where ok with issuing the news on our websites and though our social media. Which we did.

I am going out of my way to keep everyone in the loop as best as we can, even with the baby steps.

Now, why would I do that? First, it keeps you all in the loop in a more intimate fashion then is common amongst small cap companies. Second, it will limit the explosive results when a national press release is issued. Why would I want to limit huge price spikes? Because anything artificial will fall sometimes as quickly as it went up.

The best thing we can do as a company is try to create an environment in which our share price moves up slowly over time and rewards the long term investors and bores the hell out of the short term traders. If you are an investor looking to buy into our stock, double your money in a week and then dump out of it to never return, go find some silly mining company to invest in that is about to be pumped and dumped. We are not the company you are looking for.

If you are looking for a company that will grow steady over time in good and bad markets, a company that is innovative in the field of new media and will not just ride the wave into the future but will carve out a new path then we welcome you on board.

I can't wait for tomorrow! I didn't even see the 8k till yesterday cause I've been watching my other pennies like a hawk and just letting ICPA do it's thing, but WOW. I'm taking Mon and Tues off of work to watch E3 coverage, but now I'll probably end up glued to iHub and my trading account all day, both days, watching ICPA. Definitely going to be an exciting week. Then Thursday night we know we'll be blown out of our seats like last time he was on the radio show.
