When ATR* was trading in this range were you asking "who is going to buy these shares at .30?"

When ROS* was trading at over a buck were you asking who's going to buy those shares for $20? In 8 trading days?

The funny thing is, ATR* ran on pretty much momo and speculation. There was no hard news or positive events to speak of...mostly people speculating. ICPA has all the works and continues to build on its business concept. It's actually amazing how much they have been accomplishing since the beginning of the year. If ATR* can find buyers in the .30 range, rest assured you can find buyers in the .50 range for ICPA.
