I have a lot of the same concerns,as you do.with that being said our CEO is a mega connected person in tinsel town if anyone can pull it off it would be Steve and I think punch knows that.the thing that makes me wonder more than anything about this deal is this was Collins baby......if he is willing to part with it he must think its to much of an up hill battle,after all he was the entrepreneur of the year winner.time will tell but it will take a lot of time,money and a lot of shares to get it going in the right direction.i truly believe Steve can pull it off but it will take an incredible amount of time.As far as the huge rise in pps over this deal that won't happen for along time.
