Do what you want, but make sure you know what you are getting into..the form 4's for CH2M hill is for their private stock they they offer to employees... the price listed on them is what they paid per share... its has nothing to do with iccxq stock. You can confirm this by talking to Robert W Bailey (Senior Vice President) at CH2m hill [phone].

I'll say it a second time, then your on your own....iccxq (shell) has way too much debt attached to it still, for any company to want it.....one person is pushing this stock, and its because they bought 300k worth. DO you dd brutha, and i wish you luck with your lotto play.

thanks siix for the info...i've come to the conclusion over the past few hours of dd that ch2mhill is doing just fine as a private company, and i'm not certain that going public would do much for this giant at all...but would it be unheard of to own a publicly traded company even though you are private? For example, look at MNET. they are owned by the Bayseng Spice Co. and the play is that the Attard's wrangled their shell back in order to take Bayseng to the open market; whether or not this happens will be decided behind closed doors...i don't find it too far fetched to think that ch2mhill might already own a public company (just speculating ) that could not only offer services to themselves but to others as well...hell, i wonder what they pay for voip, or whatever services they're involved in alone...why not own it and keep the money in the family...sometimes great systems get shelved...i'm going to concentrate on finding any interesting technology associated with ICCX (it looks like precast concrete systems)...that might lead somewhere??? i'll pick some up on monday based on the form 4's...@.003 how much can you loose?

wow guys this is an interesting find. i used to work for a national contractor M.A. Mortenson for about ten years and one of the projects i was involved with was with ch2mhill...these guys are huge infrastructure people...i was with them during the Cedar River Watershed project in Washington...funny thing is, i just assumed they were a giant publicly traded co...now it looks like i'll be doing a little research this weekend...glta

What happened to Imaginet, IC&C, RMI, etc?
In 1999 Wolfenet was purchased by Rocky Mountain Internet, located in Denver, Colorado, as part of its national expansion. In December 2000, RMI changed it's name to Internet Commerce & Communications, Inc. (IC&C). In July 2001, IC&C filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. After unsuccessfully attempting to reorganize by selling the Dial-Up assets and cutting employees, the assets of IC&C were sold to Imaginet on October 31st, 2001. On January 16, 2002 Accretive Networks purchased some of the customers and related assets from the new owner, who primarily was focused on the Colorado and Arizona locations of IC&C. These assets include Collocation, Dedicated Access (T1, ISDN) and DSL.

Who should I contact if I am a creditor of the former company?
Accretive Networks did not purchase any of the existing debt or assume any contracts of the former Wolfenet/RMI/IC&C/Imaginet operations. You will need to contact the following companies/persons to resolve any debts inccurred prior to January 16, 2002.

NeighborComm, Inc. - Internet access business

On November 19, 1999, the Company sold its Internet access business, including all of its Internet access customers in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Tucson, Lake Havasu City, Prescott, Florence, and Payson, Arizona and all of the equipment related
to providing Internet access to the Company's current Internet subscribers to Internet Commerce & Communications, Inc. (formerly RMI.NET, Inc.) ("ICCX") for ICCX common stock valued at approximately $2.75 million on the closing date of
the transaction. Under terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement (the "ICCX Agreement"), 50 percent of the stock was immediately available for sale, 20 percent was to be available for sale six months after the transaction, 20
percent was to be available for sale one year after the transaction and 10 percent is being held in escrow until May 19, 2001, to cover any adverse claims that may be made against the acquired assets. The Company sold the 50 percent of
the ICCX common stock that was immediately available for sale, for approximately $1.6 million. Additionally, 63,052, shares of ICCX common stock have been exchanged for full satisfaction of a $500,000 convertible note and 43,004 shares
have been exchanged for 184,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock under the severance agreement, dated November 23, 1999, with Kendall Q. Northern, a former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Under terms of the ICCX Agreement, the Company agreed to fully satisfy outstanding amounts due on certain equipment leases related to the acquired assets by January 18, 2000. At March 31, 2001, the Company had not fully
satisfied the outstanding amounts due on these equipment leases and expects to resolve the obligations through the bankruptcy court.

Pursuant to the terms of the ICCX Agreement, ICCX is under no obligation to deliver 10 percent of the total shares that are being held in escrow unless the Company timely satisfies such outstanding liabilities. In addition, if ICCX must assume the equipment leases related to the acquired assets, then the Company is obligated to return an additional number of shares of ICCX common stock so that the total of such shares plus the final disbursement shares and escrow shares withheld by ICCX as set forth above, equals two times the total amount due on such liabilities. The company has partially satisfied the equipment leases but continues to owe additional amounts as of March 31, 2001.

Accordingly, the Internet access business is accounted for as a discontinued operation in the accompanying consolidated financial statements for all periods presented. The Company realized a gain on the sale of $1,319,000 in fiscal 2000

shares. Available-for-sale securities are stated at fair value with unrealized
gains and losses, net of tax, reported in other comprehensive income (loss).

Now in looking at the SEC filing for CH2M Hill there have been a ton of From 4 (insider buying) of common stock, the intersting thing is the execs and several others associated withth e co have been buying the common stock, what is the most intersting is the are paying .001 -.006 per share according to the form 4's, what this is telling me is they are buying up this ICCXQ stock as CH2M Hill Common Stock, take a look and let me know what you think or questions you might have, I just bought 270k shares today!
