Now in looking at the SEC filing for CH2M Hill there have been a ton of From 4 (insider buying) of common stock, the intersting thing is the execs and several others associated withth e co have been buying the common stock, what is the most intersting is the are paying .001 -.006 per share according to the form 4's, what this is telling me is they are buying up this ICCXQ stock as CH2M Hill Common Stock, take a look and let me know what you think or questions you might have, I just bought 270k shares today!

New Price for Common Stock and Trade Date Established.

Effective May 10, 2007, the Board of Directors established the price of the CH2M HILL common stock at $20.91 per sh

but the tirck I belive is that in oder to sell those shares at $20 you have to be an employee?

The next trade date on CH2M HILL’s internal market is June 8, 2007. Those eligible participants who wish to buy or sell CH2M HILL common stock on this trade date will need to notify our broker, Neidiger, Tucker and Bruner, Inc. (“NTB”), no later than June 1, 2007. All eligible participants will receive detailed information about the trade date and how to participate directly from NTB.
