You are a broken record and like everyone on this board do not have the absolute answers. I have held some deals through a reverse. DFFN was reversed 1 for 15 a little over a year ago. I held some through it and loaded up at same price as NTEC low 30's and some at 29 cents. DFFN went to 1.60 recently and probably going much higher in next 2 - 3 months. So what's the problem if people bottom fishing before a reverse if it happens.

Well your lack of comprehension is showing... at no time did I say it was not coming... YOU and your shadow said who would buy WITH A RS COMING. You see thats a clear statement that your saying for sure a RS is coming.

I have said all along that they did indeed file they have authorized one I have said over and over why I do not think one will come at this time....

1. All possible de listed stocks file a potential RS

2. Directors did a Form 4 Buy, why but if your doing a RS

3. I said if one is coming we will know 15 days in advance ...

So as you can see or read I have never said it wont come, I have said why I think it wont, but I have also said if the PPS gets to low they wont have any choice but to RS... do the DD of reading all posts before make a statement that has no merit.

I know your knew here but are you knew to trading... do you know what Nasdaq delinquent means... do you know what failure to maintain the minimum bid means... or are you just required to keep saying RS RS RS RS...

Do some DD on the Nasdaq and you will see that any stock that is delinquent past the 30 days will most likely file for a reverse split of IF NEED BE THEY CAN DO IT TO MAINTAIN THEIR LISTING ON THE NASDAQ.

Thats the answer to why... problem is very few ever have to enact it... these guys wont...so listen very carefully THERE IS NO RS COMING.

Those who kept mentioning about the RS becase they want the stock to go down, so they can buy it cheap and sell it high. That's their intentions.

Another person add to the attack I see... could not get it done with just one spouting RS in every post now he has a partner... There is a authorized RS based on one thing...They are below the minimum bid and its a precaution that all possible de-listed NASDAQ stocks take..

There was a form 4 filed and the directors all made purchases ... who does a purchase and then reverse splits the shares they bought...they could have bought after the split they authorized if there were going to do it. So you and you buddy can just move along.

The RS is simply not a factor for anyone with trading experience... here keep this link and check it daily... also look at it...you can see what is on the current list and when its going to take place..take particular notice of the symbols at the bottom... note when they were announced...today and not when they go into effect... around two weeks from their announcement date...

Of course there are shorts they are betting on a RS. Which is why I said they need a substantial buy program in place. What many of these companies have been doing is run up the stock and take advantage of financing at higher levels. But it's based on a catalyst for that buy program. This is where HC Wainwright has been a big player in these deals.

Not saying it did not break down...but your wrong on the RS as the reason...its short selling that is causing the crash... the 8-K came out way before the run up and no one paid any attention to it...then it ran and they beat it down and defeated the cover that would have been required... so it becomes up to the company to either combat the shorts or simply give into them

uh?.... they have to give 15 days notice...so why would you hesitate... just buy and sell if they put out the 15 day notice. And in the mean time while you shaking over a possible RS they could put out a update on one of the Phase trials they have out and it runs to a dollar and you lose a lot of profit all over the fear of it may or may not RS... thats how inexperienced traders trade... they cant trade on their own they need people to tell them when to buy and when to sell... until one day the light goes on and they figure it out on their own.. GLTY figuring it out.

Companies usually will not announce there is no RS they just do not vote in favor of it when the time comes. So while that looms it causes weakness that's all.

Uh no thats not how it works... they already voted for the RS...Board authorized it in the 8-K that was filed...there is a last day execution on the voted for RS... when that day arrives and if there they have not done the RS then its no longer valid and if they wanted to do it they would then have to go thru the authorization process all over again

Its still classified as a NASDAQ stock and can be shorted...penny stocks or OTC stocks can not... doesn't matter who you follow that has nothing to do with shorting... what matters is you can not post a single thing with out reference to the RS possibility and any fool knows that RS is not a good thing when it comes to this type of stock...

As long as those directors who filed the form 4's dont file another one that shows they sold their shares...then we can say the RS is not on the table at the present time..

lol I don't short penny stocks. Been trading all these HC Wainright deals. DFFN, KTOV, BIOC, NOVN, NTEC. As I said before as long as idea of RS looms without other news this will drift back to where it was before which is low 30's possibly 28. Then there will be a play on it again.

There must still be uncertainty about RS or IMO the stock would have ripped through a dollar on that last run. Obviously shorts took over. So unless there is definitive news about no RS which there never is, this stock will need a real catalyst soon to push higher again. Or it will dwindle back down to low 30's.
