uh?.... they have to give 15 days notice...so why would you hesitate... just buy and sell if they put out the 15 day notice. And in the mean time while you shaking over a possible RS they could put out a update on one of the Phase trials they have out and it runs to a dollar and you lose a lot of profit all over the fear of it may or may not RS... thats how inexperienced traders trade... they cant trade on their own they need people to tell them when to buy and when to sell... until one day the light goes on and they figure it out on their own.. GLTY figuring it out.
