Its still classified as a NASDAQ stock and can be shorted...penny stocks or OTC stocks can not... doesn't matter who you follow that has nothing to do with shorting... what matters is you can not post a single thing with out reference to the RS possibility and any fool knows that RS is not a good thing when it comes to this type of stock...

As long as those directors who filed the form 4's dont file another one that shows they sold their shares...then we can say the RS is not on the table at the present time..
