He sold out, but price never got down to penny or sub penny like he and others wanted, we had less then 10 mills traded daily for what 2 weeks now, even before thurs and fri news! what happened to 40 and 50 mills traded daily!

One reason is we longs are sitting on it! And adding to it!

You can bet on some old familiar folks back on Monday trying to keep the price from running as we know it will. The ones who dumped many millions of shares from .05 to .04 in a day and quietly disappeared from this Board a month ago. One of those folks boasted a 400K profit as he dumped 10 million shares, then quietly slipped into the sea.

I've been thinking of a reply to the potential bashers and them crying dilution and this is what keeps coming to mind:

If ICPA's CEO has to sell shares in order to benefit ICPA's revenue stream and bottom line, is it really dilution? Or is it using the shares for their original intent, which is to grow the company?

We have witnessed penny stock companies dilute the death out of their stock and the pps plummets without a thought to the shareholder or the company's bottom line. Knowing ICPA's potential, would Steve want to dilute this stock and drive it into the ground? Or, would he rather carefully time the dilution so as to maximize the return to ICPA? Given his background, He is TOO SMART to settle for chump change! With as many shares as he is holding, and as much work as he has put into ICPA, he is going for GOLD, not Bronze! His background alone gives me comfort on the dilution subject.

Hi John. We are talking Federal Income Tax for the Wash Rule and Long Term Capital Gains. Your individual State Taxes due differ, but the Federal Tax is for all of us. Illinois really sucks. They raised our State Tax lat year 60% so we are among the highest.
Illinois is where our Governor's MAKE our License Plates. 4 of the last 8 are or were in prison! 2 currently!

I think you said it all there Joey. It really makes'flipping' a lot less attractive. The Wash Rule is a real downer. Peeps who are in and out of the same pick frequently may not even realize with "first in, first out" applying also, they may loose the deduction for selling old shares at a loss without even knowing it. I did that last year and lost 18K in deductible losses. OUCH!

DF, you know being a long is not easy in the pennies. Remember back when we experienced all the red days around double zero 2 & 3's and look at us now.. So I know like most that are in for the long haul several days of red does not bother me just consolidation. This next step up is going to be a big one IMO! Several announcement over the next few weeks is going to push this way up. Ps not sure about Washington state but I know anyplace is better than Cali state tx.. Go ICPA.

Though painful through 14 RED days the last month, and many bailed and bid-whacked on their way out: Steve also knew what he was doing - those left now are mainly Longs .... how else could we all know if this painful process for many did not happen?

Its a perfect Filter if you ask me. Now I cant wait for those just reading this weekend who see the potential to climb aboard Monday - then they too will post when they have a vested interest - and some of those will be great new Longs I am sure.

Yes a warning to anyone new: summer month can get slow - beware of trying to flip stocks as the volume drys up. Find a couple winners for summer and hold imo: and ICPA is to me clearly one that will continue to grow over the summer and beyond...

If you sell for a loss and then buy back shares within 30 days you can't claim the loss against your gains. Reason 19 why I am moving next year. Flipping for shares can run your tax liability up quickly.
