Yeah it's blocked. I went through to it anyway. I see a list of cities but no mention of any carrier/what channels etc....They claim they are on air as of 10/11 but don't state specifically where...Jamaica?? I have faith that Steve wouldn't get involved in anything that won't come to fruition for ICPA but for a TV network that has supposedly already launched there isn't much info on the website.
