If that information is accurate Mr. Seimens is the person who can make something happen here. Basically he would sell 50.1% of the shares to another party, typically not via a market sale but a private transaction. Then the new majority owner can elect their own officers and and do as they see fit with the shell. I suppose the could buy out other large shareholders as well.

So whether something is going to happen here or not remains a mystery.

He can't be an Officer of HBSL because of a Lawsuit several years ago when HBSL went into the dark. He said there's a stipulation from the Lawsuit preventing him from being an officer.
IDK maybe Donovan or others who followed him over to HEML Austrial.

Look, I probably got a little excited about my intial talk with Donovan, and I don't have a timetable for Final Deal. However; Petersen did say he's sees nothing preventing another from buying the Shell. And he's 'said' he's got 5m shares so it behooves him to make a deal.

I have been holding for several years and there have been many little pump and dumps but nothing that was actually being done by the shells majority holder.

So I am asking what is going to bring the volume needed. Is there something real happening with this or just pumping by folks?

I have heard that Grant Peterson has said there are no immediate plans for the shell and he is the vast majority shareholder?

100% correct, and as far as I know nothing has changed. I am merely trying to keep this in check now that folks are saying Donovan had a conversation with an individual over the weekend where he confirmed that Petersen has short term plans for this operation.

I'm 99% sure its all made up since there has never been one ounce of factual backup posted anywhere here nor anywhere else. Hate being the spoiler but I just don't want folks buying in here blindly because they think that some huge R/M is going to take place by Friday.
