He can't disclose that stuff. It just good to know that there is an active attempt to put the shell into somebodies hands that will hopefully do something decent with it?

I would ask that if he only owns 5 million what entity has the majority for control purposes and who is in charge of that entity?

Are the preferred shares involved here?
