If that information is accurate Mr. Seimens is the person who can make something happen here. Basically he would sell 50.1% of the shares to another party, typically not via a market sale but a private transaction. Then the new majority owner can elect their own officers and and do as they see fit with the shell. I suppose the could buy out other large shareholders as well.
So whether something is going to happen here or not remains a mystery.
