Dan Gannon and other litigants will likely seize any current or potential future digitalage assets, since it is a wholly-owned subsidiary. Looks like Petey is trying to pre-empt the seizure, but he cannot stop discovery in the latest suit against HPNN, digitalage, Peter, and others.

$Hpnn interesting no mention of Hop-on anywhere on the updated Digitalage website that I can find…Would value leadership expanding on this.

Peter just mentioned that the new lawsuit includes him, HPNN, and Digitalage. HPNN loses every lawsuit Creditors have filed. The most-recent one Peter and HPNN are facing intends to seize all assets, including Digitalage.

This person didn't mention that Peter already has a lost lawsuit and gained a subsequent lien against any and all assets (past, present, and future) now totaling well over $9 million. This is a big problem, now that HPNN claims digitalage is an asset (wholly-owned subsidiary).
