May be wrong about the reverse split. Now thinking HPNN will just file for bankruptcy.
Dan Gannon and other litigants will likely seize any current or potential future digitalage assets, since it is a wholly-owned subsidiary. Looks like Petey is trying to pre-empt the seizure, but he cannot stop discovery in the latest suit against HPNN, digitalage, Peter, and others.

$Hpnn interesting no mention of Hop-on anywhere on the updated Digitalage website that I can find…Would value leadership expanding on this.
