It has changed..and continues to...
Why hasn't the float changed?
That is absurd. The company is lightyears ahead of coinbase, metamask, paypal... in the development of a verified by blockchain chain of custody financial institution. They have NFT's that will soon move from cartoon sales and verified baseball bats to car and home titles, to identity theft, to copyrighted material, to stock exchanges, voting tech, to peer to peer transfers. My guess from the information given, is that we will soon see a city that has developed mortage and car titles. Then they will use HMBL to verify identity for voting and government functions such as marriage, births, driver's licenses... Then we will move into crypto exchanges - previously done, but they removed it because the SEC can't figure out how to regulate this industry yet. Then peer to peer - likely bigger in other countries. HMBL has also carved out a stake in touchless purchases in large venues such as concerts and sports stadiums. They are currently handling ticketing management similar to live nation/ticketmaster, but bigger in latin communities.
If they are able to pull one of these off, the stock will see $3 easy. When we see other aspects come together, this company and it's stock will be very big.
There is no investment here...as are most equities across the board. Just a simple fact given it provides no dividend income. Stick with your gut on this one and read the OTC link uploads and most recent S-1 filing. I am sure you already noticed the outstanding shares et al. It should be obvious ;)
I follow most active stocks and not sure of investment thesis here. Can someone help? How far can this go?
I assume Sapi had the same deal as George?
HUMBL, Inc.
On November 23, 2020 (closed on December 4, 2020), the Company and HUMBL Inc. (formerly Tesoro Enterprises, Inc) (“HUMBL”) entered into a Warrant Purchase Agreement (“Warrant Agreement”).
Pursuant to the Warrant Agreement, the Company paid $200,000 (cost of $0.0016 post split of HUMBL) to HUMBL to purchase post-split (effective February 26, 2021) 125,000,000 warrants of HUMBL at an exercise price of $0.20 per share, upon completion of the merger HUMBL and HUMBL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
The Company has elected to account for the purchase of this warrant as an investment under the guidance of ASC 321. The warrants are not traded on a national exchange, so do not have a readily determinable fair value as defined in ASC 321. The Company has elected to apply the measurement alternative discussed in ASC 321-10-35-2, and as a result will measure the investment at cost and remeasure to fair value if impaired or upon observable prices. Since inception of the investment on December 4, 2020, there has been no indication of impairment on this investment.
The HUMBL warrants do not trade on the open market, however as of December 31, 2020, the trading price of HUMBL was $0.6192, and $3.35 as of March 9, 2021. The value of these warrants upon an exercise have increased to a net return of approximately $52,400,000 as of December 31, 2020, and $393,750,000 as of March 9, 2021.

So Sapi spent $2.4 mil on 11 mil shares. He then proceeded to get his money back by selling them to a friend. Do you remember the price at the time of the sale?
Here is the cool thing. HMBL made $2.4 mil on 11 mil shares (including the $200k initial purchase of the warrants). Not a bad deal for HMBL. I am guessing that HMBL is looking forward to October when the rest of the warrants are converted for .20/share.
Ihub has a list of trades. I am sure you are aware. There is a section on their chart that says "type." Any T-trades are listed there. I saw none. Did you see any? Definitely not any T-trades after hours, but I doubt any during the day unless I missed a $3000 trade somewhere that was reported out of sequence.
I never debated that the price got to $7. I am aware of a certain pumper that worked to independantly pump HMBL's price delargely - and that he was charged with the crime. I also remember Sharp finding out about a pump and tweeting that people should stay away from the guy.
I also am aware that the price was originally .0004 and now it is .086 - a very healthy climb and off the bottom of just over .051. Seems a few on here only see the fall after the pump, but don't see the 21,000% increase. They also cannot see the shorting that this stock went through during the correction. A small amount of shares shorted - say 5 mil shares, when used right, can tank a falling stock. We had about 10x that amount. Don't think that manipulation is better than Alex's manipulation.
Have you noticed the outstanding shares going up on a regular basis? Where do you think those shares came from
So will Sapi with his 114 mil shares. That guy is ruthless too.
Indeed - as he sold off some of his warrants - so they can be sold as well if they weren’t already. He started with 125 mil - same as George?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=168294771
They are all ruthless.
Huh???? Look up the definition of a t-trade.
Block trades are happening all the time here - they do not have to be settled after market closes.
It’s FEEL GOOD FRIDAY trading today!
George addressed the issue already. You can believe him or not.
George tweeted
5/12 HUMBL never promoted its stock & it is not their fault that it went to a ridiculous $7+. Outsiders pumped the stock through social media & those that write ignorant advice newsletters like @insidrfinancial. It was FOMO & resulting short covering that caused HMBL to go $7+.
A T-trade happened today? Odd, it wasn't reported by Ameritrade nor investor's hub. Could you show it to us?
Who says block trades have to happen at the end of the day. They can be easily settled during the day.
Have you noticed the outstanding shares going up on a regular basis? Where do you think those shares came from.
What I said was t-trade pps at end of day is misleading as a trade that showed up as a BUY was not necessarily a BUY.
It is marked according to what the close was. Many traders make that mistake.
So let me get this straight... HMBL rises 328,000% and the rise was only due to hype. The stock falls back to only 20,000% up and that drop was due to more hype?
Got it. I surely hope we get the first kinda hype soon, because the daily relentless second type of hype isn't nearly as fun.
Quote of the day!
The price is misleading.
Yea they will.
ie: Insiders will dump almost 400 million shares.
after rising an unpresidented 328,000%.
And George and Brian have both pointed out that rise was due to hype. Same type of hype now only it ain’t working.
George tweeted

(The short covering was total bs just like when he said shorts would be forced to cover with the reverse split)
Now where is that press release you referenced?
I was sitting here waiting for it. The RS scare didn't work, so next step in the playbook is to remind people that the stock lost a lot of ground over the last year - after rising an unpresidented 328,000%.
Hey everyone - sell low. Especially if you bought high. Don't notice the daily or weekly chart where we have bounced off the lows in the .05's. Only look at last year's prices.

Might as well watch this while we wait..
The price is misleading.
Manipulation at its finest.
Things have been going south for quite awhile now.
One look at the chart is a tell all.
Actually it was George who bought those first shares when the symbol was changed - paid $4.20 after putting in that $5.00 limit buy at the open. That was pre-split too! I thought it hilarious he bragged about it and actually posted his account as proof - not even realizing his Schwab Acct was on the statement.
.0868? What? OHHHH... it is t-traders getting ready to sell. Don't look at this stock. It looks like it is going up, but it is really going down. The price is misleading.
Nope, but I saw 100k go off at the ask at .085.
Technically the t-trades that represent the cover transaction by the MM from the clients block are non-open market “buy” transactions regardless of how they are marked which, as you correctly noted, only relate to the transaction price relative to the bid/ask when it prints.
Did you see that 100 share BUY @ .081081 at 15:28? 6 digits! Lol
Are 5 digit trades typically some retail shareholder?
I always thought the 5 and 6 digits were signs of block deals arranged by selling shareholders given to the market maker to sell throughout the day.
And just FYI - a t- trade that shows up as a BUY at the end of the day doesn’t not mean it was a BUY - it would be the average pps that the stock was traded at throughout the day.
So if the stock closes lower than what that average trade price was - it will show up as a BUY. Same applies if it shows up as a SELL - it woukd have sold lower than the closing price.
Just a heads up while we watch for those t- trades.
You know when things are going south for individual investments when we pull out the reverse splits talks. HMBL isn't going to RS unless their stock is in the $2 range and they are ready to move to a real exchange.
If I were short this stock - which I am not, I'd personally just buy back and take the L. There will be other opportunities.
Did you just see that? 1000 shares at .08073 (5 digits...hmmm). A tape painting to lower the price. Bastards.
lol
Too bad I wasn’t the one that made all those other predictions.
Mine seems right on target.
But whatever.
Sharp mentioned another reverse split was inevitable - when might that happen? After they run the price up again.
How many funders will be thrilled to buy into this company with all those shares waiting in the wings? Brian’s shares specifically. How many more bridge loans from family members will be needed to keep this thing afloat? They already amended that first deal with BRIGHTON - which had family involvement.
Are Sartorii notes endless? I wouldn’t think so. Guess we will see.
I guess George could step in with his pals to assist.
No really guys. Please sell. Stop looking at the price going up. Did I mention dilution? 369 mil share T-trade coming any moment now. You will see. Sell now. PLEEEEASE. I shorted more than the value of my house. PLEASSE SELL. Did I mention that Sharp once said something that was mean? SELL.
Isn't that a line from trading places? Mortimer lying on the exchange floor begging people to sell? It all makes sense now.
Did you notice that many sells were under 2000 shares? Trying to keep the price down so when they dump, they get less value for their shares.
T-trades coming. lol
LOL -
"wait til the s1 comes out - 369 mil shares will be dumped all at once"
Oops - s1 comes out and no selling
"some randome poster said it will take 3 days til the legends are removed, so my prediction might take til Friday"
Oh wait...
"I predict that the stock will go up hugely, and that will be a sign that dumping will occur"
Next week...
"Those sellers are actually forcing the price to double first - then watch out. Better sell now so you don't lose out."
Got it.
"just as predicted" bwahahaha
Well good then. Looks like 369mil shares won't get dumped then. Thanks for clarifying that.
Did you notice that there are many buys of 1000 shares or less?
Yep, as sam said, they will prop up the price.
T Trades coming?
How much powder do you think they have to support the pref b selling?
Some have already put in more than they can afford to lose.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=168968858
Yea, big kids have taken over the playground. Almost double buys to sells tho.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169489087
As predicted..
George will just be fine. He has other shares he can sell:

Yea, big kids have taken over the playground. Almost double buys to sells tho.
Many big bids and big ask hits today!
It’s a shame they are keeping it in their range with the little sales
Most of the shares on the s1 are Sharp and Sapi - both are out of the money.
Gee Wally, how many shares do you think HMBL shareholders will sell?
Lol Sharp is the cockroach.
Would that not be the best time to unload those sell shareholders shares? When a press release is put out?
There seems to be some confusion over that latest 8k and that loan from Brian’s dad (Sartorii). Isn’t that a new note for $2 million - making it 3 notes from Stephen Foote?
They put in a January date which made it confusing.
