Are 5 digit trades typically some retail shareholder?
I always thought the 5 and 6 digits were signs of block deals arranged by selling shareholders given to the market maker to sell throughout the day.

And just FYI - a t- trade that shows up as a BUY at the end of the day doesn’t not mean it was a BUY - it would be the average pps that the stock was traded at throughout the day.
So if the stock closes lower than what that average trade price was - it will show up as a BUY. Same applies if it shows up as a SELL - it woukd have sold lower than the closing price.
