Matt takes some heavy shots and ridiculous unearned ridicule from those in jail.. He has created a wonder in Ihub, and it has become too much for him to monitor, so injustice can go on. He seems a good spirit........
ROTFLMAO>>>> You got me, Surfer.....
Here's what we've been posting over on the free board.

Here's the ActSoft webpage link for the Cyber Tracker.
http://www.actsoft.com/products_comettracker.asp
I think Aroy and someone else mentioned the new ActSoft site back around 5/12 and some customer numbers. Something like 47,000 users but I am not sure how current that is given the push by Sprint/Nextel.

Ward: BUT WAIT! Get a load of the PPT:
http://www.actsoft.com/powerpoint/products/Cyber%20Tracker_Comet%20Tracker%20Presentation.ppt
(It is an updated version of the Harvard Club Presentation, w/o using the financial stuff. And someone clearly updated that previous PPT bec. (in Slide 4) the arrows for the Speaker and Ethernet Port are pointing @ those actual locations. The Speaker arrow was pointing @ a corner bumper & the Ethernet Port arrow was actually pointing @ the AC/DC Power Supply (in Slide 11 of the original Harvard Club Presentation). So, you know what, somebody listened to us!!!)
Looks like RCP has something to put in the header.
Thought I'd share with you guys.
Capt, I would like a shot at that punk also. And I would also gladly give both your nuts for the opportunity...LOL
Me too Capt... I can assure you. I had even told Matt that I was hearing people say they were not going to renew there subscriptions because they could get all that trash for free on RB. He has suddenly lost his sense of morality.

10-4 Scoob. Glad to have you posting over here. The selling yesterday was a combination of daytraders and just a "knee-jerk reaction. I will still post on the other board and continue to moderate it but I haven't on much lately (job related).
RedCloud
I am still holding to my beleif that Frank is mearly sweetening the deal trying to maximize all potentional growth options avaiable before going to the next step. Better to hold off a few weeks then jump in before your ready and watch everything fall apart and crumble. As long as we're making slow, calculated progress I'll be all in till the rewards come in. Hang tight. I still think its a great time to buy and take advantage of this small sell off. MORE PAIN MORE GAIN!!!! Semper Fi!!
Oh man...this is getting painful. Don't want to sell any, and don't want to gamble on buying any more. Guess I'll just watch the portfolio dwindle.
LOL!!!! Yes, and I do it sometimes, but sometimes you have to know what the termites are doing to protect your house....
Cap,
Have you tried using both the "From" AND "To" ignore feature? I am now able to literally glide through all BD's To an From messages, as well as any other iggied names. It's a real delight.
My mail box has lightened up by twice the number of Iggied messages.
Hope this help!?!
b4 i get a barrage of responses, i want to make sure i was clear in my previous post that i was referring to any self-imposed exhiles to this board (due to stuff on the public board) rather than this board in general.
Hey surfer. I sent in so many tos's re: BD and none of them worked. I would give both my nuts to be in a locked room with BD for 10 minutes...Frustrating day only in that I have to hear all the crap from the bashers that came out of the woodwork with their joyous still Long and Strong...
i can appreciate this board, and glad 2c some faces here, but I owe it to myself (my investment) to hang out on the other board. I feel it is always good to know what the "public" (no pun intended) think/believe/say/concoct about HISC.
Until we get off the pinks, Ihub still remains the best source of information on HISC (and I won't let it completely go to pot). It is not like we have big-time analysts following us w/investors buying in on their recommendation. Basically, it is Ihub or RB, and I can let one go down the drain but if both are cr@p then we are in trouble. So if that means wading through some stuff every so often, so be it. (Right now it is about the massess and to get new investors to believe -- not pumping but showing the promise of this young company -- why it is still a good investment decision. And, for example, the connection bet. the Harvard Club Presentaton and yesterday's PR w/respect to the subsidiary NEWCo is great dialog for the other board.)
I understand why you would want this board, and maybe I'll watch it from time to time, but I'll be @ the other. See you there.
RedCloud, Thanks for setting up this board. I am with you regarding the public board. My only question is, who will monitor the public board to keep some kind of control over it? I have jerseyboy membermarked and will read his post and a couple of others on the public board but there was getting to be too much BS to continue reading the rest of the public board.
The market in general is so flighty right now that as soon as there is any bad news, investors are falling over themselves to be the first to sell out of the stock, any stock. That is what happen yesterday. IMO I will continue to hold my HISC shares. GLTA
Good to see you finally RedCloud. Missed you today over at the other board. Counted I think 324 posts over there today. Insanely noisy over there! So you see this as a buying opportunity too? Good, I've mentioned that a few times on the other board, even a few times today, but didn't really seem to be much interest. Heck, I am better off than emilson as my average cost is right at 5¢ per share, but I've got 1,010,000 shares now. There were a few of us over there trying to be thoughtful about today's announcement, but for the most part you missed nothing of substance. And there were people posting like Chicken Little that I had never seen, and from their profiles hadn't posted in quite some time. I think Cap'n put it something like "every last basher has crawled out of the woodwork today." I really can't average down much now, but I will pick up some more shares, probably from all those who said they were getting out today.
Well, got to be up early so I better get some shuteye. See you here tomorrow.
Glad your back I missed you today. But I understand how you feel. I bought some more shares yesterday. I'm at an average of .07 which is a lot higher that most. But I"m counting my brokers fees in that figure because they are a part of your cost.
Hey Surf... Good to see ya. I haven't even read todays's messages because I'm sick of the BS over there. I'm not down... I bought nore today....LOL! I been trying for a week. Didn't buy much but still chipping away. I plan on buying NewCo free trading shares if they can be had reasonably as soon as there or available. If there is a big spike in the beginning, I'll wait a little longer. I had a great day but I didn't read one single basher post....Whooowhooo! They can't bother us here. You know I agree with you on CKYS (thanks to you)....RLMAO!
RedCloud
P.S. It's my friggin money and I'll spend it how ever I want. Think I'll buy Frank a house next!
RCP,
Good to see you. I hadn't made the connection between the Harvard Club Presentation subsidiary and today's PR, but it's an intriguing thought.
Personally, I hope CyberKey is not in any part of HISC's plan. They may be, but I don't see where there is anything to be gained with CyberKey. The only real connection seems to be BA, and that's not anything to hang your hat on.
I'm still hanging in there. I think that when something happens like today's PR, people tend to immediately focus on the worst possible scenario. There is a long list of DD (most of which has been posted on the board) that would dispel any thoughts of HISC being a scam. I know anything can happen to a young company, and that is my worry, but as far as shareholders being intentionally led down a path to empty our wallets, that's not the case here.
I do think the PR's should answer shareholder questions instead of raising new ones, and that is my primary complaint.
I am also extremely disappointed that idiots like BD are allowed to keep posting their BS. I sent two TOS complaints to Matt, and I know many others did as well, and BD is still around. Matt has effectively let BD and others destroy a very informative and useful message board. Why he would allow it to happen is beyond me.
Good evening everyone. Welcome to the civil board. This is where I will be doing most of my posting as I just can't put up with the bashing any longer. We all know we're at risk for investing in any pinkie but I remain extremely optimistic on HISC/Actsoft.
I do have the ability here to ban posters as this is not a public board. Since I saw the Harvard Club Presentation, I always wondered what was up with the subsidiary of "NewCo." Today we got out second hint that there is more involved. I'm a little disappointed that I won't be listening to a CC tomorrow but my confidence has not been shaken 1 bit. I even added a few more today. Emilson... I just don't know what to think about CyberKey because the business models don't even resemble each other but time will tell.
RedCloud
Cyber Key popped into my mind as well.
Spencer do you think one of the companys might be the cyber key they want to bring into the fold.
Red Cloud don't you think this is the reason for the delay in our conference call as well as the naming of the new stocks symbols. Everyone gets so upset at the other board if you mention anything possitive on our stock. I think some of them are basket cases.

The Cyber Tracker is a GPS device that features real-time tracking, geo-fencing, and push-to-talk technology along with an extended-life battery. Developed by Homeland Security Systems, the Cyber Tracker is the first of its kind to offer this combination of technology in a tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, stops, and speed, all at an affordable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the location of a person or object. Its data capabilities provide an additional tool for individuals who work out of the office or on the road.
"We are very excited about using this new technology to help increase the efficiency of our sales agents who spend a large part of their time on the road meeting clients to show them properties," stated William Luckman, CEO of Rent Finders USA. "Not only will it help our agents be more efficient, but it will also provide as added level of security for them when they are in the field."
"The fact that Rent Finders USA has chosen our Cyber Tracker as a solution to their needs illustrates how there is a demand for technology that will help companies locate their personnel or assets in real time," said Frank A. Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "There is not a more versatile GPS/date device on the market, and it is our goal to get the word out about the Cyber Tracker and its capabilities."

Summer Deadliest Time of Year for Teen Drivers; Cyber Tracker Can Offer Peace of Mind for Parents
By Market Wire
Last Update: 5/5/2006 8:19:59 AM Data provided by
ASHEVILLE, NC, May 05, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems (HISC) is encouraging parents of teenage drivers to use the latest GPS technology such as its GPS Cyber Tracker to ensure the safety of young drivers. Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death for teens and young adults. More than 5,000 young people die every year in car crashes and thousands more are injured. Drivers who are 16 years old are more than 20 times as likely to have a crash as are other drivers. State and local laws, safe driving programs, and driver's education classes all help keep teens safe on the roads. Parents can also play an important role in keeping young drivers safe.
Summer months are often the most dangerous. For example, California authorities say more teen drivers will be killed in car crashes between May and August than any other time of the year. Officials cite a number of factors, including overconfident driving and speed.
The Cyber Tracker lets parents of teen drivers know how fast they are driving, know where they are and provide a means of communications if they see their teen driving dangerously.
The Cyber Tracker is currently the only portable, low cost device that supports Push to Talk, tracking and computer functions without utilizing a cellular phone. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.
For parents of teen drivers, that means they can constantly monitor their teens' location, speed and can also see everywhere they have been over several days. If they see something that concerns them, the Push to Talk feature allows them to talk to the teen.
"One of the biggest fears of parents of teen drivers is that their son or daughter may be speeding, or in an area where they shouldn't be," said Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "The Cyber Tracker gives the parents peace of mind, as well as a way to communicate with their teen driver if they are concerned or see excessive speeds."
With the geo-fencing technology, parents can designate areas that are restricted or off limits. If a vehicle carrying the device enters those areas, a notification is sent to the parents' desktop computer or PDA device. Push to talk technology enables parents to be in voice contact with the driver at any time.

ASHEVILLE, NC, Apr 24, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems (HISC) has successfully conducted the first GSM testing of its revolutionary Cyber Tracker in the United Kingdom and France. In a first-of-its-kind test earlier this month, the Cyber Tracker was placed on the Eurostar, the high-speed passenger train service that links the UK with France and Belgium. While on the Eurostar, the Cyber Tracker was tracked at speeds up to 200 miles per hour, the fastest conditions the device has ever been tested under. The GSM version is the second version of the Cyber Tracker.
"The significance of this test was not only to demonstrate the fact that our GSM version of the Cyber Tracker will operate in Europe, but to show its capabilities at high speeds," said Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "It also demonstrated the fact that the Cyber Tracker does not need full line-of-sight in order to perform its GPS tracking capabilities. At some times during the test, it was actually inside the Channel Tunnel."
The Cyber Tracker is currently the only portable, low-cost device that supports Push to Talk, tracking and computer functions without utilizing a cellular phone. The Cyber Tracker incorporates a single board design with the Motorola iO200 modem, the Intel X scale processor, and extended battery life along with exclusive Cyber Tracker technology. This allows the unit to work as a portable processing device, creating a product with no boundaries or wires at a reasonable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person, vehicle or other object.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Utilizes Cyber Tracker Real-Time Video Feed to Secure America's Waterways and Ports
By Market Wire
Last Update: 3/15/2006 8:20:01 AM Data provided by
ASHEVILLE, NC, Mar 15, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) has completed the installation of its revolutionary Cyber Tracker on the fleet of Rentrop Tugs, based on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana. The tugboat company is utilizing the Cyber Tracker's data capabilities to transmit real-time video from every boat on its fleet. The video provides security as well as a way for the company to monitor things such as location and weather as its fleet works along the 400 miles of the Louisiana coastline. The cameras are now especially valuable due to the damage done last year by Hurricane Katrina, since many of the docks and shore structures have been destroyed.
"Cyber Tracker has exceeded our expectations in terms of its functionality and performance and began working perfectly upon installation," said Patrick Rentrop, of Rentrop Tugs, Inc. "Because our fleet of tugboats and towboats traditionally work in remote locations and extreme environments, the real-time streaming video and GPS tracking features of Cyber Tracker will be an exceptional asset to our company and will also be of tremendous value to our customers."
The Cyber Tracker is a GPS device that features real-time tracking, geo-fencing, and push-to-talk technology along with an extended-life battery. Its Ethernet port provides the ability to transmit wireless data and video. Developed by Homeland Security Systems, the Cyber Tracker is the first of its kind to offer this combination of technology in a tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, stops, and speed, all at an affordable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.
"The Cyber Tracker is such and impressive device, we will be ordering more of the units for installation in our company's trucks and cars used in transporting supplies and crews. The Cyber Tracker is going to be a big 'hit' with the marine transportation industry," continued Rentrop.

WNC businesses getting into harbor security market
ASHEVILLE The mountains of Western North Carolina may be hundreds of miles away from the ocean, but Asheville may be miles ahead in the growing industry to guard seaports from terrorist attack.

Eric Dobson with Navigational Services shares his concerns regarding the recent controversy over a Dubai-based company seeking to manage several U. S. ports. (1,119 KB)

Eric Dobson of Navigational Sciences Inc. wants to base his company's information network in Asheville, away from the possibilities of hurricanes on the coast or a potential terrorist attack in a high-profile city. Using the region's lightning-fast broadband, NavSci would be able keep a virtual eye on shipping containers in the port of Charleston, S.C., 250 miles away, or even out on the world's oceans thousands of miles away.
In Granite Falls in the rural foothills of North Carolina, Rick Lampe is launching his fourth business, Mariner Container Corp., with the potential to supply new shipping containers made from polymers rather than steel, which would be easier to recycle and to guard with wireless monitors. Lampe also is looking to Asheville for investment advice as he raises the millions of dollars needed to back a player in the new industry.
In Arden, Homeland Integrated Security Systems is ramping up the production of the patented Cyber Tracker, a geographic information systems device that could monitor the steady flow of trucks in and out of ports. The company also sees possibilities closer to home for school officials who want to follow their school buses online or even for parents who want to track their teenage drivers' whereabouts.
With the recent controversy over an Arab-owned company taking over management of six major U.S. ports, the threat of a terrorist attack through American seaports has gained new attention. Since the Sept 11., 2001, terrorist attacks, homeland security has burgeoned into a $3 billion annual market, according to Lampe, a veteran of the shipping industry.
Lampe sees a way to deliver 1,000 new manufacturing jobs around Catawba County, another rural county hit hard by the loss of traditional manufacturing jobs in textiles and furniture in recent years.
The payoff won't be just in new job security with high-tech jobs, but in better national security. "I'll define success as people sleeping better knowing that we're doing what we do," Dobson said.
Navigational Sciences
For Dobson's NavSci, building a second office in the mountains is a kind of a homecoming. Dobson's technology for monitoring shipping containers originally came from the mountains in Tennessee. At the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, federal scientists developed a technology called software-defined radio to communicate with PORT: Entrepreneur looks to develop recyclable, safe shipping container
robots sent inside the deep radioactive reaches of nuclear plants where humans cannot safely venture.
NavSci can use the new radio technology to accurately track individual shipping containers despite the interference from metal boxes.
Dobson's company is already wiring the port of Charleston with hardware to virtually track every container. That information will race up to the mountains through the huge broadband pipelines laid by Rep. Charles Taylor's Education and Research Consortium.
That broadband made Asheville a likely choice when Dobson went looking for a network headquarters.
Dobson has raised about $6.5 million from investors, including AdvantageWest's Blue Ridge Angel Investor Network in Asheville. The company also received about $1 million in a Small Business Innovation Research grant from the Department of Homeland Security.
NavSci announced its move to Asheville in late 2004, and opened a small office in the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College's technology incubator last year. As the company nears production on the small 2-by-2 inch monitoring devices, more resources will come to Asheville for marketing and the network.
Mariner Container Corp.
While homeland security is a new industry, Lampe has been toying with his idea for a new shipping container for decades. "The whole argument we've been hearing about port security is highlighting problems we've had for the past 30 years. Terrorists have just shown us how vulnerable we are," he said.
Lampe knows the shipping industry from the inside. He comes with degrees from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an engineering certificate from the Coast Guard as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Thirty years ago, Lampe wrote his thesis about the need for a recyclable container for international trade. At the time, he worried about the trade deficit with Japan as many more shipping containers from the Far East headed to the United States than went out. The imbalance is still about two to one with 16 million containers flowing into U.S. ports and about 8 million headed out.
"You can't get rid of steel containers because of the cost involved. More and more containers are being left on U.S. docks just emptied out," he said.
A recyclable container made of polymers instead of steel would be easier to reuse or recycle and could be more secure. Lampe had developed a process where he can fabricate a 40-foot long container out of polymers. Tracking and security devices could be implanted inside the skin, warning if the container was tampered with, rather than just the door. Polymer containers would be easier to X-ray than bulky steel boxes.
Lampe already has a market in mind: the U.S. Department of Defense. Not only do commercial goods come shipped in containers, the nation's defense travels by these boxes through the very same ports, he explained.
The Defense department is interested in controlling all of its supply chain, cutting the time "from the factory to the foxhole," Lampe said. "They want to know that the containers are secure and that they can grind them up at the end."
Lampe has been talking with Dobson at NavSci about possibly teaming up their technologies.
Lampe is looking to raise between $100 million and $200 million. If successful, he could envision manufacturing facilities on both the east and west coasts as well as the Far East. "This is a global problem. If it doesn't work, we'll just have the biggest boat anchors around."
But Lampe already has a backup plan for the manufacturing. If he can't sell the full 40-foot container to the shipping industry, he has scaled back the process to produce polymer septic tanks that weigh much less than their concrete counterparts.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems
Arden's Biltmore Park acts as headquarters to another player looking to make a difference in port security. Homeland Integrated Security Systems launched in August 2004 as a publicly traded company with new technology for global positioning system devices, those tracking devices that rely on satellite signals to pinpoint specific locations worldwide.
The Cybertracker was specifically designed for port security, but decision-makers are slow to pick a technology, said Frank Moody II, the company CEO. "The ports have some serious issues and deciding how they're going to do it."
The company has found success dealing with shipping companies worldwide who want to monitor their shipments. Other applications have been found for tracking tugboats on the Mississippi River to school buses in Tennessee or taxicabs in New York.
The device not only tracks but also processes data, allowing video and photographs to be sent to a network monitor, Moody explained. "Our company is about 20 percent tracking and 80 percent data processing. The market took off in a way we didn't expect. "
After a merger with a Tampa, Fla., software company, HISS boasts some 120 employees with $9 million in sales last year and a projected $25 million or more in 2006, Moody said.

Businesses in N.C. mountains have eye on coastal opportunitiesAssociated PressASHEVILLE, N.C. - The North Carolina mountains are a long way from the ocean, but the region is turning into fertile territory for businesses that want to keep an eye on America's ports.
At least three companies in the west - or moving here - are trying to get a piece of the growing business of port security.
Navigational Sciences Inc. of Charleston, S.C., is in the process of basing its information network in Asheville, where it would be safe from hurricanes on the coast or a terrorist attack aimed at a bigger city.
Mariner Container Corp. in Granite Falls hopes to supply a new style of shipping container that would be easier to recycle and outfit with wireless monitors to detect tampering.
And just outside Asheville, Homeland Integrated Security Systems is increasing production of its Cyber Tracker, a geographic information systems device that could monitor the flow of trucks in and out of ports.
Rick Lampe, owner of Marine Container and a veteran of the shipping industry, says homeland security has grown into a $3 billion annual market since the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
The security of American seaports has come to the fore with the recent controversy over plans for an Arab company to take over management of six major U.S. ports.
For Navigational Sciences chief Eric Dobson, that means a different yardstick by which to measure his company's business.
"I'll define success as people sleeping better knowing that we're doing what we do," Dobson said.
NavSci has its roots in the mountains, with technology developed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee at the heart of its systems for monitoring shipping containers.
Dobson's company is already wiring the port of Charleston with hardware to track every container. The data will come 250 miles to Asheville across the huge broadband pipelines laid by U.S. Rep. Charles Taylor's Education and Research Consortium - the reason Dobson chose Asheville.
NavSci announced its arrival in late 2004 and opened a small office last year. More resources are expected as the company nears production on the 2-by-2-inch monitoring devices.
Lampe hopes his fourth business, Mariner Container, will deliver 1,000 new manufacturing jobs around Catawba County, one of many areas that has lost heavily in that sector in the recent past.
The idea for the company has been in his head for 30 years, since he wrote a thesis about the need for a recyclable container for international trade.
"You can't get rid of steel containers because of the cost involved. More and more containers are being left on U.S. docks just emptied out," he said.
A recyclable container made of polymers would be easier to reuse or recycle - and could be more secure, with tracking and security devices implanted inside the skin instead of just the door, and the containers themselves easier to X-ray.
"The whole argument we've been hearing about port security is highlighting problems we've had for the past 30 years. Terrorists have just shown us how vulnerable we are," he said.
If shippers don't agree, Lampe has a backup plan - scale back production to make polymer septic tanks.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems is based just outside Asheville in Arden, launched in August 2004 as a publicly traded company with new technology for global positioning system devices.
After a merger with a Tampa, Fla., software company, HISS had $9 million in sales last year and a projected $25 million or more in 2006, Moody said. It employs about 120 people.
"Our company is about 20 percent tracking and 80 percent data processing. The market took off in a way we didn't expect," CEO Frank Moody II said.
Its Cyber Tracker tracks material and processes data, allowing video and photographs to be sent to a network monitor. The device was specifically designed for port security, but the company has found a market with companies that want to monitor their shipments worldwide.
