Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker Being Delivered Into Multiple Verticals
By Market Wire
Last Update: 2/23/2006 8:20:00 AM Data provided by
ASHEVILLE, NC, Feb 23, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) continues to expand the applications for its patent-pending Cyber Tracker. Recent developments include the addition of a GSM version and the "Web Cam" version of the Cyber Tracker. This week, the Web Cam Cyber Tracker debuted in its first actual application, being installed on the fleet of Louisiana-based Rentrop Tugs, Inc. The company is using the Web Cam versions to monitor weather and provide security for its fleet, which is spread throughout the Gulf Coast of Louisiana.
The Cyber Tracker, incorporating its single board design with the Motorola io200 modem, the Intel X scale processor, an extended battery life and exclusive Cyber Tracker technology allows the unit to work as a portable processing device. This creates a product, which has no boundaries, no wires at a reasonable cost to the consumer. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.
"The list of potential applications for the Cyber Tracker keeps getting longer and longer each day," said Frank A. Moody, II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. "The device has proven to be extremely versatile; and we always look forward to seeing what vertical we may be entering next."
Other applications include data transfer as a wireless modem and monitoring of vehicle performance and maintenance.
Web Cam Technology
The Web Cam Cyber Tracker is used as a tool for people who not only want to track their assets, but for individuals and companies who want to get a real visual of their asset and, if an alarm is activated, see what could have potentially set off that alarm. Images from the Web Cam Cyber Tracker can be sent directly from the device to a home computer, laptop, cell phone, or PDA.
GSM Cyber Tracker
The GSM version will allow the same robust tracking and data technology of the IDEN model currently produced. There are two versions of the GSM model. One has an external antenna for permanent installations, and the second version has an internal antenna for portable applications. The GSM Cyber Tracker operates in a similar fashion as the current IDEN model, but will be able to work in more than 170 countries around the world. Having an additional device that will work outside the US markets gives Homeland Integrated Security Systems a decided advantage over any competition. Once Homeland Integrated Security Systems has completed its partnership agreements with the North American, South American, European and Middle Eastern and Asian carriers, the Cyber Tracker will offer a Global Tracking Solution.
Current purchase orders for the GSM Cyber Tracker include an order from Coxsackie Transport, Inc. based out of New York. Coxsackie is a large transport corporation, which runs transportation services in upstate New York. Coxsackie will be replacing its current cellular technology with the Cyber Tracker, and expects to receive better coverage at a lower monthly cost by utilizing the GSM Cyber Tracker technology.

ASHEVILLE, NC, Feb 17, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc (HISC) announced today that it has accepted delivery of the new GSM Cyber Trackers. The GSM version will allow the same robust tracking and data technology of the IDEN model currently produced. There are two versions of the GSM model. One has an external antenna for permanent installations, and the second version has an internal antenna for portable applications. According to Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, "The GSM Cyber Tracker is the next step in the evolution of Cyber Tracker product. We are excited with the engineering that has built the Cyber Tracker and we will continue to push the technology to its limits."
The GSM Cyber Tracker operates in a similar fashion as the current IDEN model, but will be able to work in more than 170 countries around the world. Virginia Kerr: New gadgets designed to keep kids safe

Las Vegas (KMOV) -- An alert system that tells you when your child has disobeyed, that's just one of the hi-tech gadgets coming out this year to help parents monitor their children.
KMOV
Virginia Kerr was at the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas and found new inventions that help you keep an eye on your child.
Sure your kids may like the latest robots out this year. They can make a pet out of the Robo Reptile or program a personality into the PeaBot.
These $200 techno toys won't interest you parents like the new cell phone for kids. You may have heard of that but this Graffiti wireless cell phone not only allows your little ones to simply push a programmed button to get a hold of mom, dad, or 911. It has a global positioning system that lets you track your child without them even answering.
So when you call your child's phone it will automatically send you a text message to your phone with the exact location of where your child is.
That is small potatoes compared to the Cyber Tracker. Once this box gets put your teenager's car they won't be able to hide.
"A lot of devices are after the fact. This is very real time be able to monitor it," says Adam Clough with Homeland Integrated Security Systems.
Every four seconds you can look up on your computer the exact location of your child's car. And you can receive alerts on your phone or computer if your child goes to a forbidden location or if they go over the speed limit.
"If they exceed a certain speed limit, say 71 mph, it will e-mail me or text message me that little Johnny just went over 71 mph," says Clough.
If that happens, you can use the push to talk feature to tell them to slow down. It will be available this summer for about $500.
If it is your driving your worried about, check out a new video mirror. There is a camera installed in the back so as soon as you hit reverse you can see exactly what's behind you.
For $800 you can have a camera installed just above your license plate and a rear view mirror that has a sliding video monitor behind it.
It's not a talking robot but the whole family could benefit from it.

Sweet talk her next time - you never know!
Then again 'dunno' may be her answer then too.
Sounds like she has a thankless job.
Did you say 'thanks'?
Just got off the phone with Big Crapple and talked to Jackie. I asked her if we were a victim of FTD since we are in a better position then we were 6 months ago but a much lower price. She said....dunno. I asked her what HISC is going to do in reference to cutting back the shares. No reverse split is the company line still. I asked her about retirement or a buy back and she said...dunno. She did say that we should be hearing back from the SEC next week. I told her I knew that already and asked if she could tell me something I don't know. She said...dunno. She then asked me if she could help me with anything else. I told her it appears she really doesn't know anything I don't know. I almost told her I would take 10 k a month to do the superior job of answering questions like she does. I bit my tongue. I then asked if we were going to have another conference for the share holders. She said...guess what? Dunno.
Big Crapple info break down:
1) No reverse split!
2) SEC response next week.
3) No idea as to why the stock is behaving this way.
Like this board much better Red Cloud..way too much clutter on the other board..thanks

Premium Board is looking better and better all the time!!
Well no news today and no volume no interest and no way of knowing when things are going to come together.Lot of new faces on the regular board and frankly i just want some peace.
I wish i had the quick answers to help everyone be patient including myself with this stock....
but its so frustrating to know its great and then have to put up with the onslaught of negative sentiment on a daily basis.
Im not really writing to anyone in perticular but some great news from Jersey would sure make us smile.I dont know if you read this board Jersey but if you got anything in your magic bag HISC sure could use it.
Very much aware of that!! RCP
Amen to that. Riding the storm out before uplist. I have battened down the hatches and sit in the corner under a swinging light bulb with my fingers crossed. I believe some of the rumours of orders will come to light very soon and it will be a beautiful day when the storm breaks. I am about as long as you can get. All or nothing!
You are aware that HISS owns Cyber Cynergy, right?

Look at gigemags..he is paying and has been around since July...I don't think he thought of this story 6 months ago and waited just till now to plant it on us.

Con-Way Southern Express? If so....wow!
I am not pulling anyone's legs and not trying to speak in riddles. That is what was answered when the questions were posed. I do have a "gut" feeling that they might be ours. Just too many similiarities. I am going to try to find out more. For wiw, if Frank, Apple, whatever, are holding back big news until until uplist, this would be a big one not 10 or 20 , 100 units sold-far more. Gee I hope I'm right.
No News,No News? RATS!
close out the week quietly...i guess....Looking for Febuary to be a big month.
Thanks for the compliment.
Too many things are coming together for this company for us not to make some serious money. I hope we confirm the reversal today (again). I'll even take another tenth to close out the week since it doesn't appear we'll see a PR today. Could be very pivotal. TGIF

P.S. I can't remember who it was but last year I posted TGIF and someone said they couldn't find that symbol on any of the exchanges. I about fell out of my chair laughing.
Good Morning Red...
by the way love the new pictures of your horses.
January is almost up...maybe i see a light at the end of the tunnel?
Good morning, Spencer!
Are you Serious?
that would be cool if your not pulling our legs.Ill say it again one company at a time, little by little.
What are you saying. Are you intentionally not saying HISC or are you saying it's one of the other partner companies on cybercynergy's site. You speak in riddles.
I'll take Cingular for $5000
Tell him what he won, gig!

Wowza...I looked at store website and could not figure it out...This is great....any idea how many a stock pile makes? Thanks...
Well, I just got home from work. Late tonight because VP and regional mgr. were here to conduct annual meeting at our terminal-discussing future of Company, blah, blah, with the exception we are going to implement a GPS system. Guess whose eyes popped open! I asked about the particulars and was told we have already received a few and they are being stockpiled in Tyler, TX. What do they look like? Answer-About 5 inches square Little over 1" thick, video camera, Nextel push to talk, Recharged at a "Kiosk". Who are they made by? Reg mgr could not remember the name. Dang. In use by end of June when sufficient amounts received. Sorry could not get-give more info. This Co. is on Cyber-Cynergy website by the way.
Lookin' good boyz... Stealth rally beginning? Notice all those mirror trades today? MM's out of inventory? News now would get this rolling and the MM's won't be able to control it imo.
"Gee..your HISC smells terrific"
that could of been the ad you were talking about?
But one never knows...i do know this jersey has been hitting home runs on a regular basis with his "guesses" so no reason to doubt him now.Actsoft is opening multible branches as looking for regional managers in several states....continuing growth in MRM.One contract here leads to one contract there leads to..well you get my point.I would imagine if our taxi service in new york or our tug boat company in louisiana has success then there friends and competitors will step up and take a look at the cybertracker. One thing is for sure its going to take time to grow...and when it does so will the PPS.
Yup....you can't beat the cascading effect of networking. RCP told two friends and Tex told two friends and Sniper told two friends and so on and so on and so on.
Wasn't that from a shampoo commercial?
Eventually, the cumulative effect will play a major role no matter how small the individual sales are. Like laptop said, this tug boat contract is going to be big by spreading the word to a large audience with their associations. The key here is cumulative effect.
RedCloud
Getting some bites in reference to sales. Can't tell how substantial they are. Appears most promising to me in that every wave begins with a ripple. Trading4Art did a nice DD on the tug boat company. JerseyBoy advised 700 of 1000 CTs sold via internet orders. He must know something and I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I don't think Jersey would put that out there just so he could get creamed by other posters. COME ON OTCBB!
Lap... I agree with you 100%. Just like the acquisition of ActSoft, it's going to have a huge effect on this company in the long run.
RedCloud
I have updated the board header information here (same as the public board). I'll try not to be so lazy in the future...LOL!
for those that missed it this morning last post was the p.r.

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/25/2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) announced today that it has received purchase orders for IDEN based, patent pending Cyber Trackers from Rentrop Tugs, Inc. The Company will begin shipping product to Rentrop Tugs, Inc. immediately for its use with web-based cameras, and utilizing the Tracker's GPS technology for scheduling and management.
According to American Waterways Operators (AWO), the national association representing The Inland and Coastal Tugboat, Towboat and Barge industries, the overall industry is comprised of nearly 4,000 tugboats and towboats, and in excess of 27,000 barges. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s management estimates the untapped market for Cyber Tracker's web based camera technology to be worth millions, which does not include reoccurring revenue from software and connection charges.

The AWO provides expert information on issues affecting this vital economical and environmentally friendly segment of America's commercial transportation system. The industry allows the United States to take advantage of one of its greatest natural resources, the 25,000-mile waterway system, and represents $5 billion annually to the U.S. economy, carrying 15% of the nation's commerce for 2% of the nation's freight bill.

of course i would. But its very significant as i never dreamed of the cybertracker being used in that capacity?

Things are looking better and when the PPS reacts it will be a huge move.Long and strong HISC.
Hi all. I have been a paying member at I-Hub for about 2 years. I am not sure if I did not know about this premium board or just plain forgot about it ( easy for my age). I think I will be here more often and not have to put so many bashers on iggy.
Chucker
It's time...And this news of the tugs and barges is better than it's getting credit for imo. First of all, Louisiana/New Orleans/Mississippi River handle more water borne freight than any other area/port/river in the entire US.
:?D
Amen ya'll...LOL! I really wish we could get the good posters to post here but you know how that goes. What do you think about me copying all the header info over here? I know we're all familiar with the information but it would be nice to attract some new longs and it's always nice to have the convenience links. Oh Well...looks like another quiet day for HISC.Nice thing is next week we get into febuary so things should start to heat up.
yea thats why im gonna stay on here for awhile
i left rb for that very reason and now hisc regular board is getting a little bad.RedCloud can only delete messages with certain content on that board so they have a window. But here its not tolerated. We can talk about HISC and be uninterupted by bashing.Enjoy.
I just noticed that Risk started the day with some bull@$#% on the other board. I enjoy all the posts, even OT posts, but when it's a constant stream of crap like Risk and Liar post it makes me want to slap them upside the head. I think a court would find that it was justified:)
The only problem with this board is that some of the thoughtful posters are not members. Maybe they'll pay up when HISC starts to climb again.
Good Morning HISC'ers
I believe this is a better forum. Thanks to redcloud for suggesting it.
