XPress Signs Exclusive Agreement to Use Company's Software


ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 3, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) has received an order for 1,000 of its patent-pending iDEN Cyber Trackers from XPress Telecommunications of Amman, Jordan. XPress was the first Arab company in the Middle East to introduce the iDEN technology, which combines the abilities of ordinary mobile phones with the instantaneous Direct Connect (walkie-talkie) service. As part of the order, Xpress has signed an exclusive agreement on using Homeland Integrated Security System software. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be fulfilling the order immediately.

XPress was granted the exclusivity of deploying iDEN by telecom giant Motorola, who developed the technology in 1994. XPress currently retains over 200 employees, 98% of which are Jordanian.
