Look on US otc market for possible money maker. HHSE and NTEK.

Danke, Franz!
Eine sehr ausführliche Auskunft!
Das rumdümpeln der Aktien kostet mich nichts,
also kein Handlungsbedarf.
Na dann, harren wir der Dinge.
In Erwartung neuer Infos verbleibe ich
mit besten Grüßen!!

Hallo Knappensee,
National Registered Agents, Inc." angemailt.
CE.
"What we only know about Mr. Victor Zhou is that, it is said that he was under investigation. But we don’t know any other information about Mr. Victor Zhou. We also have no objection to the shareholders of Hartcourt to take proper legal actions. "
CE.
Die Ente lebt auch noch!!!!!! Ach, irgendwie würde ich hier was vermissen!!
Antwort:
We keep inactive companies on our database because our financial institution customers often have inactive companies in their databases without realizing it. If they match one of their company records to something like Maple China Education Incorporated, they can quickly see that it is now inactive so they can archive it and remove it from their active database.
Schick ihn doch an avox.
Vielleicht gibts ja ne interessante Antwort......
Danke!!
k.
http://www.answers.com/topic/the-hartcourt-companies-inc
k.
@gustav

$ TOP: Hartcourt: Das Interview
60 % up!! Fasten seat belts...
Go HRCT!!!
Wer kauft das Ding denn jetzt??
Gustav
Wow, solche Worte in Deinem Posting?
Franz, this corporation is dead. If anything a new corporation might begin. There will be no free shares to the faithful who held on until the bitter end. The HRCT anyone owned is gone. Time in a Chinese prison is not easy. Do they have white collar prisons there?
Hi Rattle,
Rattle
Moin @ all

- Hello
- You are good, I am Beijing Yanyuan's person in charge
- I am also painful
- Now a sea branch letter does not have (mit sea branch ist HRCT gemeint)
- My company is unable the normal work
- Now could not find anybody to be able to be responsible for the sea branch
- Tianjin's writing coherence institute is also facing such question
Gustav
Franz,
It aint over till its over.
Hope springs eternal, we just may get some of our money back.
Shorting Chinese stocks has become quite popular. I'm gratified that I played a role in that, and profited enormously. Not that I'm greedy. I've shared my ideas with everyone including occasionally the SEC and the press.
I knew from first glance (or sniff?) that Hartcourt was junk. How its accounting worked was harder to discern. There were broad lessons to be learned from following Hartcourt. The accounting profession wasn't eager to explain how tiny American CPA firms could audit books far away and in Chinese. Now we know that system is utterly flawed. Applying proper accounting, which is coming about, Chinese stocks that currently trade in the U.S. have little value.
Isn't it incredible that the total German trading lately in Hartcourt stock is about $1,000. I think that qualifies as "dead."
Hi bar,
I just wondered, I have got a mail via I-Hub because you answered to a former posting. Sorry, I have no idea, what happened to Frankfurt or Stuttgart listings. I think Stuttgart is still working, but I'm not really interested in that.
HRCT finally looks dead, but we both forecasted this for years.
So, I wonder, that you still are so active, isn't this a kind of wasting time?
Best regards,
CE.
End of the line in Germany from what I see. Frankfurt doesn't show a listing for HCT.f since last fall. I see no trading in Stuttgart lately. I believe the German Exchanges only permit trading of American stocks that are in full U.S. compliance.
Update me, please.
