Solid revenues from Sales and Strong Partnerships are what is required IF this company is to grow. Until there is some progress, I won't buy back in. I don't see any progress since I started following this in April.
Looked at the filings and the enormous amount of shares that management has awarded itself out of the shell deal will severely reduce and hamper any potential market valuation. I am not sure how many executives are on the management team but it must be a lot for them to have so many shares and I think the shares are free or .0001.
Maybe they can strike some deals and get the company going with some revenues, but 101 million shares is just on the very greedy and ridiculous. There are some companies with much better capital structures. For example, Abbattis only has 36 million in their float and 58 million total outstanding. I like the MJA sector and will continue to review this company from time to time. GLTA

After the split I take everything that this company says with a mountain of salt. I tried to warn people and I wish I was wrong but normally floating pos stay floating pos until they sink.
I really hope those who are in can get out with minimal damage or for whatever reason the stock goes up..

so I sold my shares and I am moving on to something else - my mistake as I should have known the real float and understood the reverse takeover and that there could be a shrewd deal with a seller coming out of nowhere.

This appears to be what is happening. The group who got all these basically free and unbelievably -- unrestricted shares -- (still not sure how that was pulled off) for a interesting debt deal with no clarity --- they have to be a shiny happy group of people.

Marijuana penny stock says Florida promoter made false statements hyping company

Email | LinkedIn | Twitter A Canadian medical marijuana branding company issued a rare rebuke to a Palm Beach County stock promoter after his newsletter reportedly caused its penny stock to spike in value.
Torando-based Green Hill Industries (OTCBB: GHIL), doing business as Ross’ Gold, said in a press release that it noticed unusually high trading of its shares on Tuesday and Wednesday, and was advised by the British Columbia Securities Commission that a promotional newsletter was circulating on the Internet hyping its stock. Green Hill said the newsletter had numerous false statements about its business.
Shares of GHIL surged by 54 cents, or 61 percent, on Tuesday and Wednesday. They fell 26 cents on Thursday after the company made its announcement.
The letter, which touts a “huge 3,279% profit!” and says Ross’ Gold will become the “Coca-Cola of the pot world," was reportedly authored by Eric Dickson, editor of Breakaway Stocks. He’s also a manager at Delray Beach-based Trinity Investment Research.

Dickson couldn’t be reached for comment. The newsletter claimed to be a paid advertisement by Development Solutions Co. Ltd., which is not registered in Florida.
Green Hill said it has no business dealings or contact with either Dickson or Development Solutions.
Among the false statements the company claims Dickson made in his newsletter:
That a huge profit and giant-sized returns might be made from trading in the company's stock.
That Ross' Gold will be sold in the United States where in fact, the company has no such plans.
That Ross' Gold is a marijuana company where in fact it is a licensing and branding company.
That the company is the first publicly traded marijuana company in Canada.
That the company's CEO made money for outside investors as a real estate developer where in fact no money was made for outside investors.
That the company could be the subject of a buyout where, in fact, there is no buyout or planned buyout.
The Securities and Exchange Commission warned investors in May about speculative claims from marijuana penny stocks.

I am not in this stock, but have been watching. Things just don't add up right now. To have Ross as your head figure and Patrick Smyth who is a well established business man, it does not make sense what is happening with the share price. I believe it's too early in this company's history to know what is exactly happening, but the share price looks to be extremely controlled, which is a huge negative for potential investors. Someone is selling, and ran it up to make things look good, in order to sell at a higher price, and they continued to sell to bring it right back down.
I will continue to watch this stock
