Yes there really is some great info there. Takes a bit to get to the gambling part of the video but what a great thing that is developing with the PGA. Keep and eye on SingleShot Entertainment and their UpNDown golf betting platform. Something really good may come from it. IDVC partnership with SSE should turn some heads when they get that MOU finalized. IDVC updating their financials is part of the equation. Per that recent 8K IDVC, it looks as though they are getting that done. Time will tell. The licencing and marketing/distribution deal alone should be very lucrative for IDVC. It's a win/win for both companies, IDVC and SSE.

That looks correct to me. Which profile are you referring to? IDVC and SSE are two separate companies. IDVC corp. office is in Utah. When the MOU is completed IDVC will have licencing and marketing rights to SSE products which will be fantastic because SSE has some amazing things they are working on according to the things I read about them on Facebook, Twitter and their website, ect.

According to their last shareholder update IDVC needed to bring their financials up to date to be able to complete the terms of the MOU with SingleShot Entertainment. The completion of the MOU would solidify the Marketing/distribution and licencing deal that they have together. This is an exciting endeavor for IDVC considering the great things that SSE has brought to the table. Should be a great partnership!!

P.S. According to that 8K, IDVC has has hired a new auditor. Looks like things are still very much in the works, just taking a while to get there apparently. It appears we may see those audited financials fairly soon.
