According to their last shareholder update IDVC needed to bring their financials up to date to be able to complete the terms of the MOU with SingleShot Entertainment. The completion of the MOU would solidify the Marketing/distribution and licencing deal that they have together. This is an exciting endeavor for IDVC considering the great things that SSE has brought to the table. Should be a great partnership!!

P.S. According to that 8K, IDVC has has hired a new auditor. Looks like things are still very much in the works, just taking a while to get there apparently. It appears we may see those audited financials fairly soon.
