GMG | Recent News Overview with CEO & Managing Director, Craig Nicol
Dec 28, 2021
It IS pretty nice, is it not ?.....Like boy, just about every morning one can get something like this....
Purchased my first cell phone yesterday largely for just this purpose.
But sheesh is it ever a (Samsung) pain to "navigate" !
Like ; So how does one ANSWER the phone when it rings ?
Or, how does one properly END a call ?
I thought we'd hung up but it turned out I was able to listen IN on their conversation(s).....
Looking south to the U.S. of A
Anyways, enjoy your Holidays !
See how the cell phone takes a much nicer photo (than an Asus laptop) ?
Great point, I had overlooked the Bosch investment. Keep that magnet out, maybe this is the tech you need for a more powerful, very quickly rechargeable, electro magnet GLTA holders.
I dunno - but if y'got Bosch Corp. out there backin' ya', right ?
Isn't THAT gettin' quite close ?
Meanwhile.....
Unless she just blows her way on to the upside !.....(S&P)
In much the same way that the Shanghai is doin'.....
With his unusual words of TA
Always working.....
Working in concert with Magnetron....
ha - Don't mind me.....I'm just a little bit brainless ;
Just trying to get thru this Christmas & winter....(right now with almost a sore throat)
Recently had to bail OUT of GMG but yesterday jumped right back IN !
She CAN behave a bit in a sluggish manner -
Due to (like y'say perhaps skepticism)....
But here just might be another 1/2 decent (Euro) play

Do let us know that what ya' think
Beautiful view Nowwhat! How is it that large players are not doing anything with this chemistry? This is what is concerning to me.
GMG.v $GMGMF Graphene Aluminium-Ion Battery Prototypes Sent to Customers for Testing and Evaluation
by @newsfile on 22 Dec 2021, 01:00
Brisbane, Queensland--(Newsfile Corp. - December 22, 2021) - Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (FSE: 0GF) ("GMG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its graphene aluminium-ion batteries ("G+AI Battery") 2032 type coin cell prototypes (see Figure 1) have been sent to a number of prospective customers around the world.
Coin cell testing to date has demonstrated that the GMG 2032 type G+AI Battery coin cell prototypes are fully rechargeable in several seconds, retain capacity for several thousand charge and discharge cycles, are non-flammable, and are relatively non-toxic and almost fully recyclable. These characteristics compare favourably against typical rechargeable Lithium-Ion 2032 type coin cells which take 3-6 hours to recharge, are toxic and can be quite harmful if ingested, are difficult to recycle, are flammable under certain conditions, and degrade more rapidly in performance.

GMG is pleased to report that further battery development, in collaboration with the University of Queensland, has increased the capacity of the G+AI Battery coin cells, when compared to earlier proof of concept prototypes. The Company is also currently in the process of developing the technology required to increase the voltage of the coin cell from approximately 1.7 Volts to 3.4 Volts - making the G+AI Battery better suited for interchangeable use in existing everyday personal devices. In addition to graphene manufactured by GMG, the Company also continues to test different grades of graphene from various sources for use in G+AI Batteries. GMG considers the performance characteristics of these prototypes clear enough to engage potential customers and industry partners for feedback on their commercial potential following subsequent further development.
GMG's CEO and Managing Director, Craig Nicol, said, "We are very pleased with the technical and commercial progress we have made to date on our G+AI Batteries, and with the level of interest received from potential customers. We look forward to customer feedback on these prototypes, and to progressing towards the commercialisation of this impressive battery technology. In parallel we will continue to optimise and improve performance in our newly commissioned pilot plant and start to develop pouch pack formats during 2022 in addition to the coin cell."

Just a couple of weeks away !.....
Last day shown is X-Mas eve.....Where might it be then ?
Same question here ; Santa Rally in many stocks ? Or just a sideways chill ?
All time high by New Years Eve ?......Or, (more likely precisely) AT the ATH level ON New Years eve
This from last Monday (when Big Money wanted AT LEAST 36,000)....Compare with above
Ask ourselves "What would a greedy scoundrel do ?".....Play Holiday Shenannigans ?
That's similar to what I have although a little different methods. The break to "blue sky" and confirmation of that is a classic trading plan and would also match to my personal 5 rule. Might not be until beginning of next yr if and when, dependent on how the general market goes and reactions to that volatility and any effects that it may have or not to GMG. Never know, might not happen at all, or just have a spike and withdraw, or continuance of a trend. Would rather see the latter, but I have alerts set for notifications of things happening. I'll address it at that point. I think it would be better for any positive catalyst to go to next year. More bang for the buck and better chance for a permanent trend after the general market calms down and continuance to the upward trend of the market. Next year there will be more money wanting in than out and what we have right now. But what do I know, I'll just try to be ready to play it any way it goes.
'Tis a compelling comparison maybe perhaps -
Think I actually LIKE GMGMF more (always have)
Massively faster charge rates that could pretty much put an end to range anxiety.

I'm not sure if OTC:GMGMF US follows just an exact exchange rate or what with GMG. I know that Canada:GMG trades at times when GMGMF does not, then there is the Australian ASX:GMG. Not sure how they correlate and reconcile on the chart. OTC:GMGMF closed today at $4.19 (+6.89%). No trading in extended hrs but showing 3.90 bid 4.43 ask currently.
Pull up your chart with OTC:GMGMF and see what the comparisons are.
I'm waiting for GMGMF to hold solid above $5 US again. Had to let go of it due to my adherence to my own rules of holding above that price mark. Was breaking it a little, but went back to adhering to it. I figure any "disrupting tech" should hold above that mark and there is so much out there above five to keep me busy.
LWLG I went out of today at about 19.50. That stock is paying me to own it with all the flipping I've done with it. My average cost is below zero and that's after taxes. It's basically trading on exuberance of the crowd that always results in volatility worth flipping.
Here's hoping all of the "disrupting tech" shakes the world. There is so many stated "disrupting" stocks out there, if even half of what's out there disrupts, the tremors will have the ass blasters running wild. LOL
yes, but not on coastal edge.

Well, yes, I am familiar with those back tests on LWLG, although look what it has done the past week ...reached new highs abd closing highs (18.82, 18 60) yesterday.
I can empathize with those excessively wet falls and winters in the NW. Remember 18" in Oregon back in Nov of '83. But the summers were so rewarding. Very cool new digs and view you have of the Straits! Find someone with a great sailboat to take you out when the weather clears, if you haven't already!
Your board has been quiet. Did everyone exit the scene?

I thought about you were maybe talking about a general market correction. That effects everyone and everything and can definitely be a negative effect on any run, can also create a few also. But that hasn't anything to do with any certain "disrupting tech" coming into play. That's a very long term process if successful. Market corrections are relatively short term effects in the whole scheme of things. I've had a lot of long term hold exits just waiting for a dip that to this point seems illusive. Making up for the missed gains with swing and day trading. Maybe this week we've seen the start of the expected and necessary correction. Here comes the confusion and art of guessing the degree of severity and when to come back in. But the market will do what it has always done since it's existence. Barring a nuclear disaster, a meteor crashing the earth, or virus inhalation, a year from now I will presume that we all will be listening to different tunes, maybe some better music by then, maybe just a more scratched up record, there is no gypsy blood in me.
TRHAR ?.....Holy smokes - How did THAT come up, and what was SUPPOSED to be placed in there ?
Sure didn't proof-read THAT one well.
I think I meant to say.....well now, I can't quite remember !.....
Or wait cuz here ; I just figured it out : THIS is what I MEANT to type :
Okay, I like your points, but how 'bout the top of an equities market ?
Could THAT disrupt an burgeoning lithium industry ?
One that's experienced an indredible run ?
Like, what if something NEW came along ?.....A new killer variant for example
Could something like THAT disrupt a burgeoning lith industry ?
TRHAR? Is that a stock or acronym? I'm still in the US, have pity. LOL Nothing wrong with profit taking and playing the dips but a little rough betting against an overall trend and industry (timing the end to irrational exuberance is a really hard game to play), especially when $billions and even $trillions, governments, and the big Boyz are working against you.
Okay, I like your points, but how 'bout the top of an equities market ?
Could TRHAR disrupt an burgeoning lithium industry ?

New.....
Damn.....I'm in the middle of a move - Am unable to monitor =
One reason why I booked profits on 4 liths

Well that didn't work out very well and you should of gone back in. Would've been a lot worse if you shorted lithium I guess (unless you could get in on the Big Boyz short). I did the opposite of you and bought a whole lot at lows of SLI (along with increased trading of a few other lithium stocks that were positive). Lucky for me, my larger SLI money gets $100 mil investment from Koch and goes up over 22% while my lower GMGMF money gets hit down over 10%. Of course this stuff is a heavily manipulated market, and it will go where the big money wants it to go. Regardless of what or any other "disrupting" and/or better options that might be available. What we had with SLI is big money going down on a short and then purposely putting out a hit piece to make their payday (planned and orchestrated). Then coincidently we have big money going in when the pps is at it's lows (after the short covering and that money made) and I suspect that SLI will generally trend up over time for that payday (the house always wins). Conspiracy thoughts might suggest that the two were in cahoots with each other and all part of some combined plan. Regardless, it had nothing to do with lithium, battery, or any product, just control and manipulation of big money and market.
From what I'm seeing the big money going into lithium right now is not worried one bit about any "disruptive technology" and big money will be what controls the general usage, views, and trends. Just like big oil with our dependency, wants, and need for it. The power the oil industry has over governments, consumer, and other industry controls the market. There's been many instances over decades of big oil just shelving tech and patents, tech and processes that were better ways of going at it, more economical for the consumer, better environmentally, it just interfered with what they already had in place, their profits. Tire industry, another example, "disruptive tech" has been out there a generation ago to only buy one set of tires for a lifetime, but that's against big money, and that doesn't go away with the new EV's (neither does oil in the making of rubber). The current environment and public opinion is being more disruptive to them now, and they can't hold it back any more, but we still are going to have a very large dependency on big oil for decades to come (along with more money per unit covering for less units produced).
Even if a new "disruptive tech" battery arrives (and there is many working on it including China and the well established names for decades), it will take years to actually just start to "disrupt" and decades to finish disruption. This company or any company making some small little batteries, no matter how great the tech is, in a relatively small factory is not going to have any effects at the level being discussed in lithium downside or reasons to "short" the industry for many years to come. And then there is more yrs moving to higher voltages and bigger applications mass produced to be worked on. None of it happening over short periods of time. I'm not saying that Graphene Manufacturing can't be a success story and profitable for share holders (it may not too), it just won't have success in overpowering investment in lithium any time soon.
Nascent technology (in which AIBs still are) takes a very long time to work through all the trials and tribulations on the road to main usage of the masses.

IMO they are falling behind, the only thing that will change this IMO is news about the success of the coin cell batteries that they intend to market BUT they haven't even announced commissioning of the pilot plant. Wasn't there supposed to be a coin cell battery pilot plant come online right about now????
THIS RIGHT HERE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>They have four days to do what they said they would do " Construction of the Pilot Battery Plant has commenced with commissioning expected in November, 2021"
Zero tolerance for slackers, especially when their competition (Tesla/Panasonic) are the overly ambitious opposite of slackers. $GMGMF......
Added at 5.10 (oh-oh - bought The Poke-Below).....
Average now of 4.47
Should also've re-entered SLI on its' Short Attack.....
Could've easily done so at around 9 bucks
Ha - But I had no awarness of the attack - I THOUGHT that it MAY HAVE been due to fear of GMG
SLI high this morn 13.60 - GMG last 5.11 - Is the S&P tanking today or something ?
Or are we just talking Thanksgiving Shennanigans ?

Hey, you are / were right - whereas me - I wasn't sure ! (1/2 way thru the day)
Yeah well that's here somewhere's on this board.....
I dunno WHERE But he's done some good interviews (which've been posted)
ONE thing I've "learnt" tho is to never be "swayed" by a personable, convincing CEO
Because that's what they get PAID to be.....
Regardless, ya' sometimes gots to read between their lines like, if/when they're sayin' stuff like that.....they MIGHT just be expressing some facts ?
Jees what happened to SLI?
