Well, yes, I am familiar with those back tests on LWLG, although look what it has done the past week ...reached new highs abd closing highs (18.82, 18 60) yesterday.

I can empathize with those excessively wet falls and winters in the NW. Remember 18" in Oregon back in Nov of '83. But the summers were so rewarding. Very cool new digs and view you have of the Straits! Find someone with a great sailboat to take you out when the weather clears, if you haven't already!
