Negotiations and territory discussions include rights to market, sell, operate, maintain, provide client directed compliance reporting in the use of the issued intellectual property known as "On-site Aerosolization of Contaminated Water" for counties in Pennsylvania, counties in Ohio including Columbiana County (East Palestine), counties in Alabama (Alabama University is a leader in Water Quality Research) and the West African Country of Senegal.
James Vowler President & CEO of Gourmet Provisions International Corp. stated, "We have been researching this clean technology over the past 2+ years and believe now is the perfect time to enter licensing discussions with Aerosolization Equity Investments LLC. Mr. Kelly K. Houston (Founder of AEI, LLC) owns 5 issued utility (system and method) patents and a trademark ‘AerosoliZLD' derived from an environmental term called "Zero Liquid Discharge - ZLD". In 1976, Mike Zakany and his brother started a restaurant in downtown Zanesville, Ohio. After months of planning and building, Zak's Restaurant was a reality.
