They have no money to attract a legit CEO
They have no actual business that generates revenue
Think about it, in 18 years of taking shareholder money, there is nothing to show for it other than Jim never had to really work. lol

The milked that and sold that story for over a year and a half before they decided that not to do the deal because they realized how far tampa was from pittsburgh! lol
They are just running out of pretend food deals, 18 years of stories and nothing to show.
