Folks need to not focus on current fundamentals or the past actions by this company. Treat it like a shell. OS, limited dilution, no RS, incoming new CEO, new revenue PRs (whether real or fake), and private investors paying debt in exchange for future post-uplisting shares and warrants (from Feb 2024 prs). Its set to be a momo play just like the other trips when the traders want to move it. I can easily see 500M in sudden volume (ie 5 min) happening in the coming days to spark it especially if the news reads well enough for the daytraders.
