"Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) ("Gorilla" or the "Company"), a global solution provider in Security Intelligence, Network Intelligence, Business Intelligence and IoT technology, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for ordinary shares with a $100 million investment from a single new fundamental institutional investor as well as participation from a large existing shareholder to raise $105 million of equity capital via a registered direct offering of 6,000,000 of its ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at an offering price of $17.50 per ordinary share." This substantial sale of stock is less surprising if you take into consideration that the big customer last year and this year paid and paid in a rotten currency - Egyptian pounds. This led and leads to losses of several tens of millions of dollars. The contract runs beyond this year I think. The dilution is substantial.
Long Position in GRRR? DM me to be part of private discord group focused on only Gorilla. Includes IR representative.

Hardly a good number from Yahoo Financials; "
Cash Flow Statement
Operating Cash Flow (ttm) -36.57M"
81vette I am long. I am interested in the facts in contradistinction to you. You are the one who should be ignored referring to a short squeeze on the basis of a short of 1.6 million shares despite the fact that more than 12 million shares were traded the other day.
In response to your accusation of me being a pumper, fuck you lousy short basher asshole!! You are blocked/ignored
81 vetta Expecting a short squeeze seems ludicrous to me. You mentioned a short of 1.6 million shares. A few days ago more than 12 million shares traded in a single day. Those numbers demonstrate how silly the idea of a short squeeze is.
81vette You are a pumper are you? There are no numbers. It is therefore impossible to assess the implications of the deal. If you buy something the point of departure that you pay what it is worth. I guess GRRR will more or less pay by issuing shares in the company. Only the future can show it it is a good deal or not. Clearly the stock market was not impressed. The stock price is down.
1.6m shares short ,could see squeeze here soon ,7x relative volume ,lots of buying so far
News, definitive agreement purchase ai firms, another huge deal said inbound with major carrier, potential is the run Fuel here
It appears that the market has understood that the numbers were not good after a presentation on Yahoo finance showing a loss of 23 cents per hare and much lower revenues than expected. The stock price collapsed about 20% today after about 25% of outstanding shares were traded.
Were the quarterly numbers good?I think they were at least very confusing. My impression is that stocktwits suggests that earnings per share were expected to be 19 cents and revenue 25 million dollars. Revenues were less than 18 million dollars. Earnings per share seem to have been either 23 cents per share or a loss of 23 cents per share. My impression the numbers have been adjusted from a loss of 23 cents per share to a net profit of 23 cents per share. How has this been achieved? By ignoring a foreign exchange loss (rotten value of Egyptian pounds) of about 4 million dollars. Is this loss not real? If it is real the profit margin looks surreal: revenue some 17 million dollars and net profit about 4 million dollars despite a loss due to devaluation of Egyptian pounds of about 4 million dollars. Is the net profit margin almost 50% despite the sale of much hardware that allegedly reduced the profit margin?
Great day for longs, great volume, and good price increase today. Finish the week strong. Looking forward to next week.
Time will tell where this goes. I don't mind a bull run either.
Doesnt seem to be happening...
Same. Waiting to see if low teens, maybe single digits, return temporarily.
" No volume and becoming very stable". When almost 7% of the float trades it is not correct that there is no volume.
0ne bearish point is that profits may well be lower this year than last year. Revenues projected to be 110 million dollars based on contracts and the net profit margin between 10% and 15% as far as I remember.
Yup, we shoulda sold. Greedy us.
This was just $40, brutal. Sheesh.
If this was trading for pennies I'd have no doubt, but there actually seems to be earnings here. Maybe even growth? I dunno who the analysts are who are projecting a $31 share price?
I do see it reverse split last year, that's rarely a good thing.
I also see Pomeranz has already started a class action suit.
On March 6, 2025, The Bear Cave published a short report identifying purported "red flags" at Gorilla, including an aggressive pivot to AI technology, unconventional partnerships and controls over financial reporting, asserting that "[t]he exact details of Gorilla's business and partnerships are a little fuzzy."
On this news, Gorilla's stock price fell $13.50 per share, or 32.21%, over the following two trading sessions, to close at $28.41 per share on March 7, 2025.
Pomerantz LLP, with offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv, is acknowledged as one of the premier firms in the areas of corporate, securities, and antitrust class litigation. Founded by the late Abraham L. Pomerantz, known as the dean of the class action bar, Pomerantz pioneered the field of securities class actions. Today, more than 85 years later, Pomerantz continues in the tradition he established, fighting for the rights of the victims of securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and corporate misconduct. The Firm has recovered numerous multimillion-dollar damages awards on behalf of class members. See www.pomlaw.com.
Pump and dump
Know when to hold em and fold em
OK. What the heck is the story here? Legit or another Clem Chambers mess?
How does a company go from no earnings, to $17.30 in a quarter, back to nothing the following quarter?
Did they sell off any assets they had?
Based on the charts only, this looks like a place to risk some money......maybe?
I shouldn't have said that and I take it back, either the company is fraud or the ppl stating that should be sued ...I'll let it play out without an opinion
This is pure fraud and the walls are crumbling in on management it was a fun run tho I hit it twice I think
Feels like run over now, earnings beated but no real catalyst as of yet.
Nice find brother to the mountain top Gorilla RNAZ Cure to cancer moment is next
I believe it is criminal but it’s easy to do and there are no consequences, as you said. There will be no justice served here. At best we wait for the thieves to find another mark. Even if the justice system intervenes the perps just close up one shop and open a new one.
It doesn't help having management that seems to show no effective response.
I was in a stock that about five years ago got attacked in this way. It was definitely a criminal conspiracy that included the law firm that immediately started posting about lawsuits right after the attack article was published. The company counter-sued and eventually won the case (with prejudice) but nothing ever happens to the perps. They just move on to the next one, very frustrating.
It's crazy that they can post something so damaging with no consequences. Criminal...!
The hedge fund thieves even hedge on their lies.
“*if in fact, that is a different Renato Costa we apologize but the company is still full of nonsense”
More drama!
$GRRR 🚨 @SEC_Enforcement should halt trading in Gorilla Technologies. Citron doesn't invoke Rule 10b-5 lightly—Prohibits false or misleading statements or omissions of material facts that mislead investors.

Their recent press releases tout a massive deal worth hundreds of…
Bummer, man. Only up 28.5% today. Another 30% gets us back to the high.
GRRR exclusive Ai and digital infrastructure partner for 200 billion worth of funding from 2 different sources. Thic co should have at least 10 bil MC
I think this will pass eventually, just like SMCI rebounded.
This is the context for those seeing these comments

I fear once these sharks sink their teeth in they don’t let go. I can’t even see where the original posting was that started this. Who saw it? Apparently the company only responded on their website?
Criminals.
They can't win forever, eventually the price will break free in the future. Maybe the right catalyst will help.
It looks like the same playbook if not the same players.
Today as well. But it's okay, just short term noise.
