LF, there are 6 Sandy-Thai connected companies I have found so far. GLMN, RGII, NNTH, BIOT, VPSN, and of course BKMP. 5 of these are connected by Mr. Chatpoom Thanomlek, 4 of which were spinoffs from First Canadian/Adatom(BKMP). GLMN connected by Mr.Becker.

ROTFL...THE SECRET IS OUT...changes to the registrations and the changes are kept with the domain registration agencies.

They made the change so quickly ...they mispelled the name of the registrant. The name "Baseheart" appears in the PR's, "Basehearth" appears in the latest registration....the changes are done electronically...LOL...so the registrant can't spell his own name...right....

this company is the EPITOME of a SCAM. lesson learned here on my part, i hope, from playing these pink sheets. let's see: first a 500,000:1 RS; now a 100,000:1 RS. the value of my holdings in this company can not even be measured on the NANOMETER scale. sheesh, i wish that i at least had my original stock certificates to look at, or, maybe start a fire in the fireplace with them. anyway, this has been quite a ride, which i hope to never experience again. at least not to this degree. i went to the doc's office for a physical a few weeks ago... at least the physician used a glove and lubricant before i got poked. most of you have been left bag-holders. this company took my damn bag and all. whew!!! at least this was a small holding. gltya. this concludes my editorial.

MGWE was established as a scam quite awhile ago. Either the insiders were in on it or it was hijacked by someone. Purportedly owned by one company that claimed MGWE was performing fraudulent activities.

Not sure why anyone would want to own shares. There is no indication (that I know of) for how many shares are outstanding and how much dilution is happening on a regular basis.
