Someone's trying to pump this thing up. How else do you explain a trading price of $0.14? Could NY be planning a return? Please let us know everything you know. Because we all know you know way more than everyone else.
Oh me oh my. Another day with no trades. Shocker. An absolute shocker.
I was wondering what the thinking process was for someone considering investing in VEND or becoming a franchisee. Do you think to yourself "seems like a decent company financially from a high level perspective. Product (machine) looks good. Management is strong. Well, except for NY's previous calling card fraud. What could go wrong with this? Can't think of anything...Where do I sign?"
Then later you find out the plans for the machine sucked. Bad. They're using deposits on machines for operating expenses. NY and the sales guys are getting commissions on stock sales. (Even a complete novice investor like you knows that is a no no). And to top it off, VEND purchases NY's brother's totally upside down company that is totally worthless.
Nobody saw any of that coming.
BWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! LMFAO.
Hey good buddy. How's it hangin'? Here we are, at the end of September and getting ready for fall then winter. Based on your alleged sales, you will probably have to pull the machines for maintenance. That should be easy because if things are still locked down, there won't be anyone out. You should definitely get at least 10 of those pizza boxes to go along with the froyo machines. Make that 20 pizza boxes. One on the left AND right of each machine.
In case you were wondering, the laughter from the naysayers hasn't gone down. In fact, it's gone up. A lot. Don't worry, I'll let you know when it's safe to come back.
winter is nearing VEND
Strike two. Second day in a row not a single share traded. Someone out there must need some birdcage liner.
You know, I thought of a great idea for this board. It's called "On This Day in VEND History." On significant dates, someone could tell us what happened on that particular date. Like, "on this day in 2018, the company filed form NT 10-Q stating that that form 10-Q will filed late (again)" Then include some commentary. I figured who better than you to do this since you know everything about the company. And I mean everything. We'd be honored to have do this. You could even throw in some quotes from other franchisees and investors since you know them all.
Pure awesome. Not a single share traded today. Nada. Nil. Zip. But, at least it didn't go down. That's tomorrow.
Can't wait for winter to get here. I'm sure people will be flocking to machines for froyo then.
Dude. This stock is crushing it. $2 traded today. Get ready, this thing is going to take off like a rocket.
Yep. The naysayers are still laughing their behinds off.
So, when do you think they make the jump to something like NASDAQ? There was some talk of that when the stock was trading at like $1.75. At this rate, it could take weeks, maybe even months to get qualified.
Another huge day for VEND. $4 traded today and it didn't go down with all of that pressure. A true testimony to how great VEND really is.
Keep holding that stock good buddy. I'm sure it will payoff some day. And good luck getting that legend removed.
Holy cow, this stock is going places. $2 traded today. Not cents. Dollars. Man, if it keeps up like this, people might think this is a real company.
We haven't heard from you in a while. Hopefully things aren't so bad that you can't afford internet service. I'm sure you can go to Starbucks and connect there.
Still can't wait to see your NAYAX report. Post away.
Amazing. The stock is down to $0.0057. You know, some of the franchisees and investors should all get together and write a book about how to turn $100,000 into $100 and detail how you did it. Surely it would be very educational.
Where did you say that NAYAX report is?
It's probably the franchisees who purchased stock, and they're trying to average down. Hoping for a bounce back to $1.50 so that they can try to recoup some of they're humongous losses. That would fit with their profile.
Oh man, it's almost the weekend. I'm so excited to go to my favorite mom and pop froyo place. It's the bomb. Nobody, and I mean nobody, has better froyo than them. And, they always have 10-12 flavors. All better than the one before it. I won't even get into the toppings because those are almost better than the froyo itself.
So, based on your alleged sales, your machines are probably breaking down by now. Luckily for you, replacement parts are cheap, what with the number of machines available for purchase.
What sort of flavors of pizza will your pizza boxes have? Gotta have pepperoni. Gotta. Cheese goes without saying. But, I'm excited for you and can't wait for you to roll them out. Please, let us know where your locations are so that we can frequent them.
Whew!!! A total of $63 traded today. $63 whole dollars. That's huge. Hopefully the stock can break $0.01 again soon. Then $75 might trade. There's never been a better opportunity to average down than right now. So, you should buy as many shares as you can. This is where the real money is. Not selling froyo from some COVID ridden machine with stale toppings.
It's going to be another scorcher today in So. Cal. Wouldn't it be great to have some tasty froyo to cool you down? I bet that mom and pop place I go to is going to be crazy busy. There's maybe even a lot of people that would like to get some without any human interaction. Say, from a vending machine. You should look into taking over that market. A pizza box right next to each machine would be a huge hit too.
You know, to this day, when I think about NY and the boys talking about disrupting the brick and mortar froyo business, it cracks me up. If you asked Yogurtland today if there was any disruption due to VEND, what do you think they would say? Probably something along the lines of "who? Never heard of them."
Feel free to share your NAYAX report any time now.
Rented something from Redbox this weekend and couldn't help but think about how well built it was. I've never seen one that was out of order. And that got me to thinking about VEND due to the Flex connection. So, if Redbox machines are so great, why were VEND's such a disaster? Same manufacturer and in some ways the Redbox automation is more complex. Could it be that VEND had no idea what it was doing and was simply a Ponzi scheme? A lot of people got taken, that is for sure.
Happy Friday bro. You know what that means. Get ready to load up on shares of VEND from all of the sales of your froyo. You might even be able to get 15 whole shares on Monday. I waited to hear back from you about whether I should purchase a share of stock, so I passed. I'd be too embarrassed if one of my friends or family ever found out I owned any. You know what I'm talking about.
Later.
Hey good buddy. Right now the stock is hovering around $0.01. I'm thinking of buying a share. Just one possibly two at the most, so that I can say I am part owner of VEND. A great, great company as we've all seen. What should I do? No one on this board knows better than you. No one.
Any truth to the rumor that pizza man hired some former timeshare sales people to see pizza boxes to new franchisees like yourself? I heard they are mighty persuasive.
No way his sales are down. They're up 75% every time you ask him.
That 12% is incredibly valuable. It allows him the unique and very exclusive opportunity to buy a pizza box. That's like getting an option/warrant to buy VEND stock at $0.0001. I can't believe some rubes even agreed to pay 12% when they get no marketing for it. So, they're basically paying 9% for someone to process their credit card transactions. Sounds like a fair deal to me. lol.
RoBo is happy to pay the 12% royalty, apparently, although it seems he gets little or nothing for it. Of course, if his sales are down, that 12% doesn't amount to much.
Oh, I am sure there are lot of other companies out there coming out with their own spin on machines. I think most former VEND franchisees that are sill around will be dead soon. Even in the short period of time, the technology has gotten better, and the software VEND is using will need patches or completely redone.
Like I said before, current machine owners would be best to go it alone without pizza man. There can't be that many benefits of sticking with him.
RoBo is playing hard to get on the pizza box franchise, but I have faith. It wouldn't be the first time he's changed his tune.
Unfortunately, it looks as though the field has started to get crowded, with multiple solutions being offered by companies that are raising fresh capital. Just Baked may turn out to be just too late. But, as RoBo is happy to point out, that just means that you can buy the box at a discount.
What I've been wondering is what kind of pressure the new yogurt franchisor will put on the captive audience of franchisees to buy his new pizza box. Hey, Mr. Franchisee, you sure got a nice Nayax report on those machines, sure would be a shame if our support had to slow down because we can't get our new pizza boxes out the door.
Thought I would see how those pizza boxes were going. How could any really smart Zee resist those? Hopefully they don't mislead people by saying there are 7 flavors, when really there are only 4. Sound familiar? Maybe the line of boxes could be expanded. Like sushi. Or gourmet popcorn.
Any word on what used car lot the former sales guys ended up at?
What's the haps with the Walmart deal? That should be a biggie. Maybe pizza man can bring that back from the dead. Do you know how many companies have tried to do things with Walmart and failed? Too many to count. But, a good salesman with personality and charm like yourself, you should be able to get something done in 30 minutes. Go get 'em tiger. Don't take "NO" for an answer. Demand that they let you have a machine in a store. That is always the best approach with big box retailers.
Hey, have you heard anything lately about the uplisting to NASDAQ? That was something VEND was very hopeful about. Wouldn't that be exciting? Of course, there'd have to be a RS of around 1,000:1. That would give you at least 50 shares. VEND sure is going places.
Went by the mom and pop froyo place this weekend. The line was out the door. Literally. Guess that's what happens when you have a superior product and a wide range of selections. I didn't get any because the line was just too long.
On a different note, was flipping the channels yesterday and stopped on the golf. Guess who was tied for 3rd? You got it, PM himself. I saw KPMG, but didn't see any VEND sponsor placements. Wonder why? That deal not going through was the best thing that ever happened to VEND. Seriously, who gives away $900K like that?
How are those sales going? Give it to us straight, we can take it. Post your NAYAX report so that we can rejoice with you.
Stay safe pal.
RoBo's posts are the gifts that keep on giving. A veritable treasure trove. Ah, the memories of VEND.......
Thought I would take a stroll down memory lane.
Hey, here's an idea. Maybe Robo or one of the other franchisees can become a used parts broker for the machines and pizza boxes. Pitney is probably still stuck with hundreds of machines.
One another note, can you imagine buying 10 machines for $45,000 each, and then less than a year later being able to pick one up for $8,000? That's a loss of $370,000. Then top off by buying a 10 year franchise license for $5,000, only to have the franchisor go broke in less than a year. Think about what you could do with $50,000.
Let's not even get started on buying stock.
I am confident that he will see the wisdom of the pizza box at that point. A chance to get in on the ground floor before they, too, are selling for parts. The RoBo double-down, similar to the simultaneous purchase of stock and franchises.
So, what is the plan when fall and winter comes and sales fall way off? Are you going to hire someone to do a song and dance next to the machines? The lack of sales is going to be brutal since this COVID thing isn't going away any time soon. Now would probably be a great time to unload all of your machines. Heck, you might even be able to get a whooping $5,000 for all of them. That's total, not each. But, something is better than nothing. Check with 1-800-GOT JUNK guys, they can probably give you the best deal.
None yet. It's doubtful we will ever get any, or the login information. Like NY, it's all talk with nothing to back it up. Not a surprise.
I think any smart trader with experience could make money here. So, that pretty much excludes any VEND PPM stock purchasers.
Any Nayax reports? Just checking.
Hey, the price was up 49% today! It's a trading vehicle (but only if you can trade at prices that split the penny).
You know, I keep forgetting to ask you. One of the things VEND was really hyping was accepting crypto currency. How much of your business is from crypto currency? Also, what column will that show up in when you post your NAYAX report. That way there won't be any confusion.
Don't worry good buddy, the latest 10-Q will be out any day now. Keep a close eye out for it.
Went back to that mom and pop froyo place this past weekend. I'm telling you, the froyo gets better every time I go. More flavors to choose from. More toppings to choose from. Machines are thoroughly cleaned daily. What more could you want?
I'm curious, did you get roped into buying one of the express washing machines for $5,000? I heard you could get one for $800 if you went straight to the manufacturer.
SELL Robo SELL!!!
That is, if you haven't already done so. You could get $600 for your 50,000 shares that you paid $30,000 for. It's only a $29,400 loss. With your froyo sales, you'll make that back in days, if not hours.
Oh, and still no NAYAX report from you. So, I'll just put you down for $200 of sales per month for all of your machines. That's all machines, not each.
Geez, sales must be worse than I ever expected. Much worse if the NAYAX lognin information won't be shared. It's understandable.
Yesterday I went to a little mom and pop place for some froyo. Best I ever had. Way better than VEND's. They had 12 different flavors and about 20 toppings. All self serve. How many flavors and toppings does yours have at any one time? You don't need to respond, I already know.
And, I'm Santa Claus. No, really. LMAO. You claim to be very tech savvy, but you can't figure out how to post your NAYAX report. Tell you what, give me your login information and I will do it for you. Maybe I'll even give you instructions on how to do it.
I guess $2,500 is good for 10+ machines for a weekend like this. It's all a matter of perspective. Is this one of those things where if you click your heels together three times and repeat "sales are great" they will be? Wishing, hoping and praying won't make it so.
I thought I would never post a message on this board again given the 1 man audience....
BUT THIS IS CRAZY!
Crazy good that is.
In a pandemic with little seating, masks required and many vendors not in business sales are crazy. Maybe the hot weather is partially responsible.
I absolutely love this business and every time I get a chance to witness the sales I am thrilled to see the customers reactions.
This is awesome! $2500 today and the night is young! Aiming for $3k.
Still waiting for you to post your NAYAX report. You've been monitoring your sales at least on a weekly basis, if not daily. I can't wait to see the impressive increases week over week. Inquiring minds want to know.
Stay safe good buddy.
Well, what options does he really have? Probably not many. He may as well keep convincing himself that he made the right decision no matter how wrong it is. Besides, it's just money. He never said he was in it to make any. Some hobbies are just more expensive than other.
So, let me get this straight.
You’re happy after having spent $30,000 or so onVEND stock.
You’re happy after having deposited money for kiosks is that were never delivered.
You’re happy because the kiosks turned out to be so beset with issues that you can buy them for scrap.
You’re happy owning kiosks in locations that have suffered from the coronavirus.
You’re a deliriously happy guy!
I agree with you to a point, most investors and franchisees weren't all that bright. That is probably why they were preyed upon by VEND. No, the ones I was referring to never even got machines, or at least ones that worked. The product was, and still is, a POS for the most part. Numbers tell the story. How many units did Pitney go around collecting? Hundreds. Almost every one of them. Maybe you got a good. Good for you.
Seems we also agree that the locations VEND got franchisees were poor at best. Too bad you got roped into paying those. I'm really heartbroken for you. LMAO. I'm surprised a guy like you with your sales expertise would agree to those locations fees. Those weren't required, and the really smart ones didn't have them in their franchise agreements.
Never said I lived in my grandma's basement. It's my mom's. Sometimes she even makes me a snack and brings it down. And hate to disappoint, but I do have a job, a life, and the pure joy of knowing I didn't invest in VEND.
Sorry about the misspelling of NAYAX, I didn't use it that much. But feel free to share yours with us. Put us in our place. Please.
“However, for the vast majority that wasn't the case for whatever reason”
Let me explain the reason. They were technologically incompetent. This technology is extremely daunting to those with no comfort and confidence with this sort of thing. Their machines went down for weeks and months. I have never been out of business for an entire day since inception. Yes there were issues, but none that couldn’t be addressed by the tech support team or others from the franchise network that responded within minutes. Not one single day lost EVER. Not a single day. I have a tek background and have never let this robot get the best of me for one moment; I think my kidz Reis and Irvy robots are afraid of their daddy! LmFaO
Also, many zees are located in East bum f*ck Egypt. Many didn’t have the sales knowledge to procure anything. Those in better populated area were not up to the challenge. The company was useless in that respect and I deeply regret having spent those location fees. If only you knew the useless venues that they tried to plant us in just to satisfy their location obligations! It takes a go-getter with sales experience to make it happen in the best locations. 24/7/365.
I doubt you live in your grandma’s basement - I am sure they died about 80-100 years ago. I am confident that you have no job, life or anything though.
N A Y A X dude. Not Nayex.
God bless you fella...and for the love of god- wear your f*cking mask poor bastard.
I would invite you to show us your Nayex report one more time, but I know that won't happen. If you think sales are good and it is a great business, that's all that matters. However, for the vast majority that wasn't the case for whatever reason.
Thanks for the advice about getting a job or a life. But, I'm totally happy living in my mom's basement playing video games all day. Oh, and posting occasionally here. The entertainment value here continues to be way better than any video game.
There are hand sanitizer dispensers on every one of my machines along with wrapped spoons. Open since Memorial Day weekend at all of them. No issues at all. People seems to be absolutely comfortable with using the machine and sales are good. They’ll get better as the numbers are increasing every week. Great business. I am really happy with it. Get a job and a life....or just put yourself out of your misery.
Dude, the concept is a complete bust with COVID-19. Face it, there's no way the machines are going to be able to continue unattended. You've got customers touching the machine that will have to be sanitized after each use. How's that going to work with no one around? Even if you came up with an automated solution, customers aren't going to go for it. Not for a second. There's no verifiable way to show it's been cleaned. LMAO.
Like I said before, virtually all of the locations the company got were horrible. So, it figures those would be abandoned. But what is extremely telling is the fact that machines continue to be sold very cheaply. If the concept and machines were so great, why not just relocate? There's nothing preventing that. Nope, the smart ones knew when to cut their losses and got out. Just like the ones who sold their shares at over $2.00. Oh, and don't forget to factor in the purchase price of used, broken down machines the lost deposits on the other 10-12 units. That $690K (minimum) brings the ROI out to like 2 years. By then COVID-19 might actually be over. That doesn't even consider the lost value in your own machines, because you now lost over $35K per machine. Fret not, we won't talk about the hard earned dollars lost on the stock purchase.
The one and only way for you to put us in our place is for you to post your Nayex report for 2020 YTD. Just do it already. I'd use my own login, but that was turned off a long time ago.
