NEWS: Bankruptcy Judge Approves GameTech Sale to Yuri Itkis CFDAY  GMTCQ 

A bankruptcy judge approved the sale of computer bingo terminal maker GameTech International Inc. (GMTCQ) to an investment vehicle controlled by gambling industry veteran Yuri Itkis. Judge Peter J. Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., signed off on the $16 million sale to Yuri Itkis Gaming Trust of 1993 following a hearing Thursday. Cash-strapped GameTech filed for bankruptcy after its bank lenders sold their loans to the Las Vegas-based trust. The purchase of the loans, likely at a considerable discount, allowed the trust to credit bid, or exchange the debt, at a bankruptcy auction in order to acquire the assets. Itkis also purchased a key GameTech competitor, FortuNet Inc., in 2010. Founded in 1994, GameTech has two business units: bingo and video-lottery terminals, which make products like traditional slot machines, video poker and spinning-wheel games. The company's bingo machines can be found in 38 states and on Native American land, as well as in Canada and Japan, while its VLTs are in seven states. GameTech, based in Reno, Nev., defaulted on its secured loan in April of this year. Its turnaround consultant resigned and the company failed to file required status reports. The banks granted the company a short lifeline and then sold the debt in June. GameTech reported assets of $27.2 million and debts of $22.9 million in its Chapter 11 petition. Hello all and here is the introductory color email I have promised.
I choose to use a company that has a bunch to offer the longs and will add the benefit of many pictures in between the great information presented.
This company is on the NASDAQ now and from what I have projected below is in line to increase the revenues by 25% per quarter now and turn from losing profit to a profitable company this next year.
Please take the time to review the quarterly report below and all the information and I feel this will generate much excitement as we get a return on investment.
I also feel for those that go to casino's this one will be a great one to hold as many of the casino's are now being built or changing games the next year.
They seem to have the finances in place and I do like the balance sheet as it shows responsibility by the management
Now let me say this up front.
This is the NASDAQ Market and it will only take one analyst to notice what I feel is a gem in the rough to project this company into the dollars.
I do see them getting a green EPS this next quarter of .02 to .04 a share and project revenues to exceed eleven to 12 million million dollars now
Projected revs are up against a down quarter of 9 million plus now.
I see this increased revs the next three quarters based on 2010 quarterlies

Here are the financial and this is a low float NASDAQ stock that needs to return over a dollar now. From looking at the Fins I think they have the power to do this now very soon. With exposure even sooner now.

The company has over forty million in assets now and that is down six million while at the same time they reduced the liabilities almost the same.
There are only fourteen million shares on the market as of this last report and the A/S is only forty million also.
They have grown there revs by about 25% year over year for this quarter and have decreased there costs while increasing the revenues.
They have also reduced the loss in decreasing costs by .06 a share from a loss of .08 last year to a loss of .02 this year.
I do believe they are now moving the costs lower on reduced R&D costs and now getting a return on the investment here.
