Stop signs are fine with me because a bunch of them are starting to file. You dont make the rules here. Several were dumped this morning and have bounced as much as 400%. Obviously alot are never coming back but I am sure several are going to come back as the filings hit because otcmarkets is way behind. So if someone doesnt mind taking the risk so be it. VNTH perfect example peops dumped at .0004 this morning cause of guys like you screaming the sky is falling now its .0023.

All the stocks you are posting are stop signed and SEC sanctioned effective tomorrow. It would be good to find a stock that wasn't stop sign that was down so much as those are the stocks that will be eligible to continue to trade and a higher percentage for a bounce
