They think that they will generate consumer stock buying just on a business model. Un-fortunately their business model is just a duplicate of a very big company... and who is going to trust a small company with their cash? They need something different like VBLU has, an offshore debit card for only $30 and their eWallet will allow you to send an international wire for only $24. GreenZap started out good.... but the stock won't go because I think many insiders are making deals with others stock for cash. With all that stock being dumped on the market it has no chance of advancing. VBLU only has about 1.6 million shares on the street.
I suppose I should remove GreenZap from my favorites list here on iHUB.
I just do not get it
How do these companies continue with no news for almost 2 years and expect to survive?
Well when you try to imitate a massive company with absolutely no cash.... I think that is your answer. Why on earth would you advertise that you are like somebody else?
New ticker GZPI and new custodian AS lowered to 3mil and OS 1mil looks to be settin up for RM shell sale imo! .10x.66 a thin one.
Note=2-5-08 Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada appointed Bryan S. Glass as custodian of the company
What's happening with tis company? Does anyone know?
What's happening with this company? Does anyone know?
What's happening with this company? Is it about to fold? No trading, stuck in 0012. I am about to use the stock to paper my home office wall.
What's happening with this company? Does anyone know?
Is this company going out of business? Does anybody know?
This company is now a SCAM they have been draining the checking accounts of people that signed up and gave their account info.
I hope they burn in hell.
This company has news that hasn't made the major PR services...taking possession of GreenZapScam.com and taking it down, and a Q1 Corporate update on the website. I have e-mailed them asking/pleading for them to start informing the investment community about these things so that this stock can get out of hibernation...
They are not competing against any of the major companies and they need to prove to new investors and businesses that they will become a major player... the value of this stock is ridiculous right now... I've been down for a long time and still holding, hoping they will do any of the things they said initially they'd do.
Thanks for your perspective. I think the company needs to get on the PR bandwagon, both with consumers and investors, and start to be more candid about their results and prospects. The bashing doesn't seem like it will go away, and their silence just lets more of it sink in. I was encouraged about their investment in some management vision / training type sessions, as mentioned in the last newsletter. I just hope they have the initiative and resolve to make more of who they are (and our investments).
Out of the 700 k i would say roughly less than half are probably using the service since Greenzap as yet to be accepted by many merchants as a payment method. On the revenue side i am not sure but i would say somewhere between 30-40 thousand a month. it looks like Zap exchange has not taken off as expected. But that may be attributable to the lack of advertisement that the company is only really about to undertake now. I afraid that a lot of Bashers have tarnished the image of the company as well as the company has hurt it's image all by itself. This has definitely slowed the growth prospects of the company. The auction site that they said they were associated with turned out to be a big lie according to the owners. When I read the article i was shock to hear that. Anyways i hope that Greezap can win the lawsuit. That will bring in lot of cash for this company. As well a move to the otccb. These events will be major catalysts to the movement of the stock.
Yes, I have been holding this stock for a while...at least two of us care about whether this company is still alive and kicking...some of the news since Jan. 1 sounded encouraging, I just hope they stick with it...
Any guesses on revenue with these guys? If they have 700K members as they claim, some of them must be transacting and generating fees...
hey nice to see someone post here. What do you think of this company. Do u have a position in it.
hey nice to see someone post here. What do you think of this company. Do u have a position in it.
Zap exchange has been revealed. This is set to challenge craigslist. Take a look. Pretty professional.

Yea, With management that doesn't email or call you back this is a real good one. Last PR is total bs, they didn't even mention the fortune 100 company name.. I tried calling GreenZap to get answers to my questions no one has anything to say.. SCAM until proven otherwise
Movement to OB should give this one credibility. With the potential Fortune 100 company "involvmenet", closing in on the 1m user mark, and p2p coming.... This maybe worth a try..
Mario is not the CEO anymore. PayChest Inc (pyct) is getting ready to dominate the Philippine market in money-transmitting services. Expect 0.015 by July. 3million customers in 8-12 months.
hey moron..PYCT is the biggest pos known to man...mario is a scammer..so get lost.
Keep your "stock promoting" on your own board. Fortune 100 company LOL yea back to 0.04 investors bought that one
so, what I think this says is that a fortune 100 company want to buy-out green-zap....OR, a partnership?
bobs23, Sure Is Outstanding News!
um....anybody here??????????????????..HUGE NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!..

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2006--
GreenZap, Inc., (Pink Sheets:GZPN), a provider of secure online payment services, announced today that it has entered into a non-disclosure agreement with a Fortune 100 Company (the "Company") for the purpose of integrating or acquiring GreenZap's proprietary electronic payment systems.
GreenZap(R) was contacted by and began discussions with the Company in March 2006. After performing due diligence, the Company sent a team of its senior management including specialists in the areas of global payments, fraud control, business development and integration and planning to GreenZap's facility in San Diego, California. The purpose of the meetings has been to review GreenZap's capabilities, and determine how the systems would be integrated.
GreenZap and the Company have entered into mutual non-disclosure agreements, allowing both parties to share current and developmental system architecture plans, as well as other proprietary information regarding security applications, payment processing partners, and fraud prevention tools. The non-disclosure agreement however prevents both parties from announcing the respective companies' names until a final agreement is reached.
Damon Westmoreland, GreenZap's CEO, stated, "GreenZap has been growing at an average rate of approximately 2,000 new users per day, and while we have always been confident in our systems, the recent attention we have received has definitely verified our company's capabilities."

So Ebay Is Spreading Rumors On GZPN. They Did It To Pay Pal Before They Bought Them Now Their Doing It To GZPN. Very Interesting.
There are many, who, Thanx to ebay, think GreenZap is a scam, or at least they are promoting it as such. There are tons of forums, boards etc. posting just that about GZ. They have thier minds made-up. heck, as far as I know or anyone else for that matter, perhaps this is thier job..to put down GZ???
Anyway, here are a few facts, (which I know there are many more)but just a few I posted on one of the forums, not to convince , but just so surfers/ passer-bys who may be undecided or never even heard of GreenZap could see ssome True facts.
And hopefully , it will help some of you, look up what I have to say, and decide for yourselves
Keep in mind- I'm referring to posts in a forum in some comments
#1. GreenZap is Verified with GeoTrust not only as a True site but as a true business. If you go to the GeoTrust site you can go to the form page & see all the forms that have be be opened in pdf format & filled out, etc. to get verified.
#2. GreenZap "Is Not" hiding thier ISP idenity- go to www.dnsstuff.com (cool site)In the
middle row, go to IPWHOIS - of course type in greenzap.com, wha la , there you have it. Which is the same address as the brochure I recieved when I went Gold.
#3. Did you know when PayPal 1st began, ebay did to them much the same they are doing to GreenZap now. Why? Because at that time BidPay was ebay's payment processer. So PayPal becomes Huge, ebay buys them, GZap barely gets it's toes wet & ebay starts sending out warnings to all it's members that GZap is a fraud. That is one Big reason GZap's growth rate slowed. duh. ebay does not allow at this point any promtion, excepting webcash discounts etc. or sellers can be banned from ebay. That is why you don't see Greenzap on ebay YET.
What I am leading up to is this; there is a book out- published 2004
called "The PayPal Wars": Battles with eBay, the Media, the Mafia, and the Rest of Planet Earth (Hardcover) here it is on Amazon- http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/097467...p;n=283155
and even on ebay's half.com h e l l o http://product.half.ebay.com/_W0QQsprtZ...rZ30877733
#4. Somebody a ways back in the thread had posted SAN DIEGO--(FAUX NEWSWIRE)- HELLOOOO FAUX- not real-fake, it's from some site of an amature opinion , i read it This is what to look for, this is what is posted on Yahoo finance when you go look up stocks SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)
#5. Right now GZap stock is pink slip, closed at 0.075 today. On Jan.17 offering Stock to all Gold members to purchase at half whatever the market price is at the time.
Anyway, at the end of the quarter GZ stock is going OTCBB

Join my GreenZap community free- you can stay free for life if you choose- use GZ just like you do PayPal, some sellers are going to choose GZap as thier preferred payment method, so you will need GZap.
the reason why there are so many sites is quite simple...because the bashing sitres are PAID VERY WELL!...before ebay took over paypal, ebay launched an agressive smear campaign...(read "paypal wars" amazon.com)...now the same thing is being done to GZPN...to stifle the competition...look at the website that denounces greenzap..I think its greenzapsucks.com or something like that...you will see ADVERTISING on the site...that's right the site makes money denouncing greenzap....
Shorts Starting Rumors. I Notified The Co Along With The Post/Poster.

I have a honest question for you. If GreenZap is a good company to invest in why is there tons of message boards on the web stating greenzap is a scam?

Why was greenzap trying to get their customers webcash from them and convert it into stock shares? My only guess the stock was tanking and they where desperate for liquid money fast?
Why does the price fluctuate so much. It seems there must be alot of pumping or day trading going on with this stock I can't figure it out. I would just be so nervous to invest in a company like this, say tomorrow I got in at 0.054 by friday could be back to 0.03
Maybe you could clarify this for me. Thanks
Modena, X2! Broke .05 Hope You Got Some.
PayChest.com (pyct) is at 0.0005 and GreenZap.com (gzpn) is at 0.05 I bet you by next weeks end (pyct) will be 0.005 and GreenZap will still be around 0.06 - 0.07.
GZPN, IT"s ZAPPENING!!! LOOK>>>
GZPN DD and Info -Audited Finacials Anyday. 15 mill Float. 100 Mill O/S.
GZPN looks ready to pop as the MACD is just about to cross over the centerline and the stock has just started moving up.
This DD came from the GZPN web site. It was from the corporate update on 4/14/2006. In that update they had revised the date of their financial filing and move to the OTCBB to 30 days from the date of the update. With that update in mind, GZPN could post their financial's any time between now and May 14th and thus move onto the OTCBB. Below is the link. In this update you will find first a brief description of the business then a list of milestones accomplished during 2005 and finally the milestones to be accomplished during 2006.

DESCRIPTION OF
BUSINESS
GreenZap, Inc. (the “Company”), a Nevada corporation located in San Diego, California, is a provider of secure online payment services that allow businesses or consumers to send and receive money securely and cost-effectively online via the Internet.
GreenZap is a transactional community. It provides secure, easy to use money transfer services and information that builds trust relationships for enhanced interaction among members by allowing members to see information visually. GreenZap solidified its plan for business in March 2005, launched its website on June 1, 2005, and quickly grew without traditional advertising from 500 to 5,000 to 700,000 users in 9 months.
The GreenZap idea was simple: Build a better way to send money via the Internet, focusing on ease of use, costs and trust elements. Create a community that works, giving members lower cost and higher service levels. Hire great people and bind them to ownership interest in the company, and incentivize users to enhance growth and community in ways our competitors never dreamed.
GreenZap’s core business is focused on facilitating transactions – P2P, B2B, and P2B. In
addition, GreenZap has creatively developed aspects of the business to drive transactions
including, GreenZap Storez, an online shopping mall; and GreenZap WebCash, a rewards dollar used to pay for transaction fees or further discount items offered in the Storez.
Sending Money: Our secure Internet platform allows any business or individual with an e-mail address and bank or credit card account to send money at a low cost over the Internet. GreenZap’s platform is ideal for individuals shopping in an auction environment.
Receiving Money: Our platform allows businesses or individuals to receive money to their online account. Once the money is cleared from the sender’s source, the
receiver may transfer the money to a bank account, linked debit card, or
by requesting a check. GreenZap is ideal for small to mid-sized
merchants allowing them to collect payments with little cost.
Spending Money: GreenZap has developed an online shopping mall called GreenZap
Storez, where hundreds of merchants feature deals and discounts, some
of which are exclusive to GreenZap members. GreenZap Storez was
created to add value to GreenZap services and to drive transactions.
Earning Money: GreenZap has creatively developed a customer loyalty program, which
rewards account holders for opening an account or telling their friends
and family about GreenZap. The concept is not new, but the reward
mechanism, WebCash, is. Once earned, WebCash can be used to pay
for transaction fees or used toward the purchase of items on GreenZap
Storez.

• Engaged external auditor for audited financials
• Enhanced email delivery systems for members
• Tripled customer service department and reduced response times to
less than 24 hours

Future Outlook for 2006:
• Audit Financials to become a fully reporting company
As a fully-reporting company, GreenZap plans to file the appropriate documentation to move
from the Pink Sheets to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). The audited financials
will also enable the company to finalize some recent financing commitments it received. The
audit is expected to be completed in the next 30 days.
• Install P2P merchant processing capabilities
GreenZap expects to launch full-scale, person to person credit card processing during the
second quarter of 2006. P2P merchant processing will enable GreenZap to compete more
aggressively in the marketplace opening the doors to facilitate auction and other peer to peer
transactions at better rates.
• Develop application scripting for facilitating off-GreenZap merchant transactions
Once P2P merchant processing capabilities are in place, GreenZap will launch its ‘Merchant
Tools’. Any online merchant will be able to download an API script enabling them to accept
GreenZap as a payment method. GreenZap plans to offer very competitive fees to drive
merchant acceptance.
• Launch Cash-Back applications and surveys
In early May 2006, GreenZap will be launching the Cash-Back Program. This Program
enables participants to complete surveys and corporate applications for desired products and
earn a Cash-Back reward. Users will be able to choose from buyer behavior surveys to credit
card applications to car and life insurance applications. The participating companies have
been hand-selected by GreenZap to deliver the best value to our user demographics.
GREENZAP
MILESTONES FOR 2006, CONT.
• Develop custom transaction processing network switch for instant processing
GreenZap is building a proprietary payment gateway with the objective of reducing costs,
ensuring better controls and delivering rapid transactions for its users. GreenZap’s multipurpose payment gateway will perform real-time authorization for a variety of transaction
types and ultimately provide rapid delivery of money transfers in and out of GreenZap
accounts.
• Expand GreenZap Storez to offer instant WebCash spending opportunities
Later this year, GreenZap will launch additional merchants in the Storez, where users will be
able to spend their WebCash at the point of purchase. For example, if you are traveling to
DisneyWorld over the summer, you will be able to search for local hotels and book online at
GreenZap paying a portion of your hotel bill with WebCash. The deals will be exclusive to
GreenZap members and merchants will be accepting as much as 70% in WebCash.
• Launch GreenZap Auctionz and/or Classifiedz
GreenZap is in the process of building its Auctionz and Classifiedz sections. GreenZap users,
individuals and merchants alike, will be able to post products for sale using GreenZap as the
payment gateway. Buying and selling within the GreenZap community provides users with
increased controls and increased security. Users will be able to sell items and accept a
portion of the sale in WebCash to drive traffic to the listed item. For example, if you are
selling a pair of Nike shoes, you can ask $80 and accept WebCash to cover the $10 shipping
fee. This simple and low-cost marketing tool will enable you to drive traffic to your product
better than if it was listed somewhere else.
• Open 24/7 customer service call center
By the end of the third quarter, GreenZap plans to have a full-scale customer service center
offering customers phone, e-mail, and chat solutions to get their questions answered quickly.
GreenZap wants an A+ customer service rating as a key way to differentiate itself from the
competition.
• Launch mainstream advertising campaign
With the above strategic plans in place in 2006, GreenZap will begin advertising its services
globally. Grass-roots word-of-mouth advertising has grown GreenZap to over 650,000 users
in 10 months, and with a global advertising campaign in place GreenZap will grow
exponentially worldwide.
