What was the meaning of that address in Canada where we were speculating AC Technical? This company troubles me with their choice of business. So much DD was done here from a lot of intelligent people who probably could have made better choices than what was mentioned here last week. Clean shell, George Sharp out and paid off, nothing but upside here. WTF HAPPENED? These people need a kick in the ass big time. They led us on for years and years without any consequences. My guess is that the PR covers the issue of OTCM's Caution statement. I expect that to be removed, "soon". I'm still expecting more substantial news around Jan, 3rd 2023, however, the disclosure requirement has now been met (I think), leaving them room to operate in stealth mode. As for the low ticker price; unless you are selling, it doesn't matter. Considered opinion: This wasn't meant as a PR, it was an obligatory notice just to meet an OTCM requirement. Or, not.

IMO the guy giving the loans ie Hagan is the biggest crutch to a true well executed business plan. If you recall, love or hate him Prophet said he was the Lithium hold up. I don't know personally.
