My guess is that the PR covers the issue of OTCM's Caution statement. I expect that to be removed, "soon". I'm still expecting more substantial news around Jan, 3rd 2023, however, the disclosure requirement has now been met (I think), leaving them room to operate in stealth mode. As for the low ticker price; unless you are selling, it doesn't matter. Considered opinion: This wasn't meant as a PR, it was an obligatory notice just to meet an OTCM requirement. Or, not.
