The best thing that could happen to us at this point would be for George Sharp to get a custodian ship award and take control of the company! We would run to multi-pennies on that alone. I am not going to get my hopes up just yet, but that would be awesome!

I don't know. According to the GS Tweet, the hearing was only a couple days ago. I haven't checked the case number from the County in San Diego. Might be some notes there on the case, but you might have to pay for the documents.

You'd have to go to that website, and do a search for the case number, probably using the individual names, or company name. Sorry I can't help anymore than that this weekend.

Persona non grata = person not pleasing, or person not welcome.

So apparently because of George's extensive connections at OTCM, he has been told that Ethan is "not pleasing, or not welcome." If true, it probably stems from his repeated attempts to get things right with the filings?

FUNR is still a Shell at OTCM...so the clock is ticking there too. GS says he is going to Petition BK...which if we remember, he said that many months go if he didn't get paid.

Seems to me, that this puts more pressure on FUNR to "legitimately" seek a way to drop the Shell status, and pay off George asap...or Ethan and friends may lose their investments?

You got me, not an attorney or expert, just thinking out loud from the sidelines.
