Persona non grata = person not pleasing, or person not welcome.

So apparently because of George's extensive connections at OTCM, he has been told that Ethan is "not pleasing, or not welcome." If true, it probably stems from his repeated attempts to get things right with the filings?

FUNR is still a Shell at OTCM...so the clock is ticking there too. GS says he is going to Petition BK...which if we remember, he said that many months go if he didn't get paid.

Seems to me, that this puts more pressure on FUNR to "legitimately" seek a way to drop the Shell status, and pay off George asap...or Ethan and friends may lose their investments?

You got me, not an attorney or expert, just thinking out loud from the sidelines.

Biggest bummer lately? VESL ...not knowing what happened there, imo.
