New York-Based Dominican Republicans Now Afforded Secure Virtual One-Stop

Venture Represents Freestar's Entrance Into $1.6 Billion
U.S./Dominican Republican Money Transfer Industry
NEW YORK, April 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Freestar Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FSTI), a multi-national
company providing the world's first live and operational ATM cash payment
technology on the Internet, and La Nacional de Envios, the leading public
payment system in the Dominican Republic, will today host the official Grand
Opening of "La Nacional Cybercafe," located at 566 West 207th Street in the
Washington Heights district in New York City, an area that boasts the largest
concentration of Dominican Republicans in the Northeast. The Grand Opening is
by invitation only; all invitees will be entitled to 15 minutes of free
Internet access during the Grand Opening festivities.
The La Nacional Cybercafe, which will open its doors today at 5:00 P.M.
Eastern Standard Time, features a bank of computer terminals that have been
outfitted with Freestar's revolutionary PaySafeNow system. Using the
PaySafeNow system's proprietary card reader, the "ePayPad," Cybercafe
customers may enjoy virtual one-stop shopping directly from popular retail
stores located in the Dominican Republic via the www.epaylatina.com web site.
In addition, the ePayPad will permit customers to use their PIN-authenticated
ATM and debit cards to securely and economically transfer money locally or to
friends and relatives living in the Dominican Republic or elsewhere around the
world. According to the Dominican Republic's central bank of record, over
US$1.6 billion is presently transferred from the United States to the
Dominican Republic annually.
In accordance with its contractual agreement with La Nacional, Freestar
will receive a transactional revenue fee from each PaySafeNow transaction
originated at the Cybercafe. Paul Egan, Chief Executive Officer of Freestar,
noted, "La Nacional's first U.S.-based Cybercafe represents a significant
opportunity for Freestar to demonstrate our system's ease-of-use, global
capabilities and technical functionality in the United States. However, it
also represents an important and progressive business opportunity to stimulate
the local economy and provide an entire community with cost-efficient access
to the Internet. We are very excited to be playing such a vital role in La
Nacional's planned national roll-out of Cybercafes and look forward to sharing
in the long term success of this important undertaking."
As previously announced, La Nacional de Envios will deploy the PaySafeNow
system throughout its network of 24 branches in New York, Spain, Puerto Rico
and Venezuela and through 300 affiliated agencies located in the United
States.

About Freestar Technologies, Inc.
With corporate headquarters in New York City, and continental headquarters
in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Dublin, Ireland, Freestar
Technologies is focused on exploiting a first-to-market advantage for enabling
ATM and debit card transactions on the Internet.
Freestar Technologies' Enhanced Transactional Secure Software ("ETSS") is
a proprietary software package that empowers consumers to consummate secure e-
commerce transactions on the Internet using credit, debit, ATM (with PIN) or
smart cards. The ETSS system integrates a consumer-side card-swipe terminal
with a back-end host-processing center. It encrypts sensitive financial data
at the consumer's personal computer, using powerful DES encryption and
algorithms. It sends an authorization number to the e-commerce merchant,
rather than the consumer's credit card information, to provide a maximum level
of security. The Company plans to link several large, established smart card
systems together on an ETSS-based standard to achieve economies of scale and
enhance market penetration for this secure e-commerce payment system. For

*** end of story ***
Looks like the interest in the pos has decreased considerably. Not even the hardcore longs and pumpers like mountee post here anymore.
Scorp:
I was reading the RB ECNC board and noticed that you made this statement....
"Anyone here ever hear of the term "Undisclosed Promoter"?"
Can you elaborate on this statement? TIA
BTW... I posted this question to you on the RB FSTI board, and lo and behold Mountee posts right after that. LMAO! Talk about timing.
Ski
I personally don't read a lot of the poster's posts. I scan the initial line on the board and only open the post if it is addressed to me or part of a discussion thread that I am following. Unless ... occasionally I have some extra time to kill and decide to sort of catch up.
There are of course posters that I give some extra credibility to and I usually read whenever they post.
Therefore, I wouldn't know the content of the Mercenary_Man's posts. I just don't even read them. I read the one the other day simply because it contained my alias in the first line as I scanned the board. I think I read one or two of the post by he/she/it in the beginning (why I used the word "silly" to describe them) and decided that I wasn't interested in reading that particular poster. So, if their post are malicious threats I wasn't aware of that.
I have personally received malicious and very nasty emails from posters that I don't even read on the boards. My normal response to such people is not to give them the time or response that they are looking for. My energies are best used for positive rather than negative engagements. That is why I didn't even bother to respond to Mercenary_Man's post to me the other day ... I just wasn't interested in even being drawn into responding or engaging with that poster, and I certainly didn't want to receive an email from them.
Scorp
Scorp and Mole: The kind of posts that Mercenary_Man makes are not silly. They are at times malicious threats. Believe me, the authorities are watching his posts VERY closely. If you truly are not tied to him in any way, then good for you. However, anyone he enlists in his "little game" may become fair play also. Just some advice.
Ski-Although, I was included in the same post by Mercenary_Man, I too never received an email. I wanted to clear this matter up. I don't know what Mercenary_Man's game is but I am not part of it. I also don't appreciate someone using me in such a way. I am not here to antagonize or post things that are not backed by fact. This seems to be a much more civil environment than the RB boards.
Ski
Honestly ... I don't know who it is.
I HAVE NOT EVER received any emails from such a person .. I do not even post to that person on the boards. When they posted that I had email ... It was not true.
I find the person/persona rather ... hmmm (being diplomatic here on the public board) ... silly, shall we say.
Scorp
Scorp: Who is Mercenary_Man? You've received emails from him, so you must know who it is.
LMAO...Now this is interesting....
Excerpt from paragraph (count) 15:
...EGAN caused the 1,800,000 shares issued to his nominee to be deposited directly into a trading account in total and complete disregard of, and in direct violation of, the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement, thereafter beginning to sell the said shares into the public market without first meeting the earnings requirements specified in the Asset Purchase Agreement, diluting the number of shares in the public float, and that unless restrained and enjoined, Plaintiffs allege that the said Defendant, EGAN, will continue to sell said shares into the public market in direct contravention of the said Asset Purchase Agreement.
Midas
I am not now nor have I ever been a pumper or a bashing ... despite what some others may think. I do from time to time jump in on the boards in jest or to stir the fire a little. (grin)
I do not get emotionally involved with investments .. and that holds doubly true for OTC-BB stocks.
I am always interested in FACTS plain and simple. I am very much in favor of sharing facts, information, ideas, and even speculation.
One thing, these BB companies sure are quite entertaining. Never a dull moment!
Scorp
Thanks for posting "FACTS" Scorp.

The answer is no. eom
Ya see DC, it goes something like this:
A.) Paris started this ihub board
B.) Riche, Feet, Mountee and MH couldn't afford to sign up for IHUB.
C.) Paris was left here all by himself.
D.) Paris couldn't debate any facts about the company
E.) Paris deleted numerous posts by myself and others of this lil gem
F.) His almighty the Fattness didn't take to kindly to that.
G.) His almighty Fattness came and laid down the law
H.) We then had a vacancy for chairman
I.) I applied, ran for the office uncontested, and here we are today.
Now, Do you know how a company can go from 20 to 80 mill authorized shares without filing the appropriate paperwork with the SEC
FATTY, whazzzzup? Have you started your higher education yet or are ya still messing with the penny stocks?
BTW, this POS is an unfortunate stillborn of ECNC.
So Midas, what your saying is all the egans, down the family tree, are making their living in FSTI huh? Why aren't I surprised?
What happened to paris and mountee? This is a fair board here, with the FATTY doing the post censhorship thing. Why are they hiding now? Why so many missing posts? This place doesn't have ignore lists.
This is interesting.....

DC: Do you know who America Fermin is? The name was in one of the filings as a consultant, but we're trying to figure out what part of the Egan puzzle he fits into. Any guesses?
