I'm kind of surprised to see that this has dumped harder.
I cashed the rest of my profit out. Much lower than if I had sold all at highs. Oh well profit is profit. GLTA
For what its worth, I gotta disagree with you. If you look at my posting history since '08, you'll see I don't bash nor pump a stock. As far as jaxstraw is concerned, I wouldn't call what he's doing as bashing. When it comes to bk stocks, the guy knows his stuff. Maybe he's wrong (doubtful) but from my perspective, he brought light into this board. Its the lead pumper that should be congratulated - he helped orchestrate a rapid increase in share price so that he could dump his shares onto people that heard "commons saved". You probably won't believe this but I do feel bad for those who lost big b/c I've been in this same situation myself and it sucks.
Posting the truth ( or bashing as you put it) vs. making money.........hmmmmmmmm ?.......I'll pick telling the truth every time.....and play stocks that don't need a 'pump' to make money.
There called 'legit' stocks....you know...real revenue...real profits...real verifiable filings....real product....
Sorry for your loss.
The Court approved the sale because 44 institutions were targeted for solicitation of acquiring the assets of First Bank by an independent firm hired to seek out bidders back in Oct 2012.
43 passed on the deal.
Only 1 potential bidder was willing to acquire the Banks entire franchise.
Talmer.
And Talmer was willing to take on the debt of $60mm+ of the Trust Preferred Securities along with possession of the Bank.
It was basically the only option next to complete liquidation Chapter 7.
It was back in Oct 2012 when this was disclosed that I realized that FPFCQ had major problems......when 44 institutions pass on a deal and only 1 bids...and then it goes to a Stalking Horse bid process and there are still no other bids.... it waved a big red flag to me.
If its ahead of the Absolute Priority chain why would the courts approve the sale of First Place Bank without this debt being paid 1st knowing there is little or no equity left in FPFCQ?
It is ahead of equity in the Absolute Priority chain.
So as of right now FPFCQ still owes the government the money.
Either the debt must be forgiven, renegotiated ,or extended.
It is one of the things that will be fought out in court over the next months/years before they can emerge.
Thx, what about the bailout money received by FPFCQ would that not somewhat fall under or ahead of the absolute priority rule, or do the tax payers chew that loss up?
Sorry , was at work and on I-Phone so could not access 8-k....disregard my first answer now that I see what you are talking about.
It says 'received the Company’s common securities issued by the Trust Preferred Issuers'...
The Trust Preferred Securities are not the common shares of FPFCQ. They are a form of debt that is higher in preference than common equity and must be paid first under the Absolute Priority Rule.
Talmer is assuming the obligation to the Trust Preferred Holders.
what r u doing, HERE!?, lol!!!!! PINKIES were phenomenal today!
That was stated at the beginning of the 8K??
After reading the latest 8k a few more times, I'm confused as to the meaning of this statement which reads
The Q is for quicksand
I hear ya. Like I said in a previous response to one of your posts, I remember the cem*q days and the valuable input you had. I don't know you but I've never seen any evidence of you purposely putting the screws to other traders like too many on IHUB do. Best advice I can think of is to wait and see what happens before hastily hitting the buy button. If its a good stock to be in, it will increase on its own merit and not b/c of the baseless pump. You're absolutely right though...post "commons saved" and you'll see the stock rocket.
I thought so
A quick look at recent activity will tell you the future, will it? Definitively? OK. It's called speculation.
It doesn't take a crystal ball
All it takes is a quick look at the recent "activity"
Is this a good stock?
I would hope so too but the nature of these scams is that the headlines like 'commons saved' and ' the next Cinderella' have got the PPS high enough to get out and leave too many innocent believers , who bought in at the high's, with losses that can never be recovered.
With regular pennies there might always be a chance down the road......but with Ch11 there is a finite amount of time these thing can trade.
There are plenty of IHUB members that have immense knowledge of how BK works......and you never find them on these plays........but they are always in on the good ones it seems AND letting folks know DD backed up with real verifiable facts that can be understood by even the novice..... You dont see them yapping about NOL's as the sole source of value.......something to consider
The key is to trade the traders, understanding and executing the appropriate entry and exit points as dictated by the level of emotion, the technicals, and the share structure.
And it only takes a few buyers on some of the more illiquid names to make him a hefty payday.
Then he tucks his tail between his legs and leaves the board leaving only his collection of bagholders behind...
That's the problem with IHub, they all just follow the lead dog with the most follows scam after scam...
I made money and riding free shares. Typical pullback from highs. That's why I don't drive a honda.
He usually juices the initial bid, posts the pump, then sits back and watches the momo players drive it up to his sell point. Just another day at the office.....
"The best way to prevent 'Red Ink Heartburn,' is to avoid eating too many Texas Hot Dogs.
If you get my drift.....
Most of my posts got deleted though and I couldn't warn anyone.
doesn't surprise me.
Yes...I learned this one the hard way. Everyone should be wary. Most of my posts got deleted though and I couldn't warn anyone. Good lesson....money lost! :(
Not me. It doesn't deserve to be up. I just hope these people take it as a lesson learned.
Exactly. I hope this Q does go back up some to give those that bought in after the pump a chance to recoup some losses.
lol... imo They are feeling a little down.
The jig is up. This was exposed as another scam 'Q' stock play where investors were lured in with headlines of 'commons saved' and 'the next Cinderella'.
Just another case of bad information and no real research coupled with big headlines.
It is just like the other 'Q' stock recently where the same thing happened......CTLFQ.....another bankruptcy case......it was based on nothing and bad to no due diligence.
Ths is not the first time I've exposed this kind of nonsense. Folks should learn to listen to people that actually understand how Ch11 works.
Not no more...
I want 100k at .004
Don't tell me... yet another of his pump and dump specials?
Think im going to jump in on this in the morning. A little money into this could bring some rewards if things work out. If not oh well.
Was looking at the chart and yeah, 0.005 looks like support...
Might just have to move up a tick or two...
That would be a great place to sit on the bid. You could treat it like a savings account. Your money just sits and you make nothing.
Was thinking about sitting the bid tomorrow...
Would 0.004 be a good place?
