You’re a British citizen you should be able to rely on regulation S. Go to your bank and they should be able to guide you on how to deposit the shares.
This company both apprises and follows through on their plans. This is how any quality company ought to interact with it's supporters from day one.

I've had them for just over 2 years...so I believe I may not need legal opinion but a section 4!?!? I'm still researching.

Bzberlin...I take it your shares are with empirestock transfer same as mine.
Apparently we need a 'legal opinion' from an attorney to get the 144 restriction removed.
As im British, I don't have the faintest idea of how to get this legal opinion.
Any advice...or links to a relevant attorney would be appreciated.
Why would any long term investor sell at this point. They are not even QB yet.

It depends on the percentage you could be an affiliate and if that’s the case then you’ll have different restrictions on those shares.
Why is that important, are you interested ?
You should be able to sell those shares through your bank under regulation S
It's will be 2 years this month since I purchased.... I'm not a US citizen so how is this legal option obtained?
Well if you owned them for 2 year or more you can get a legal opinion and have the transfer agent issue them without a restricted legend
Sorry, I meant share account statement not certificate...I have to purchase the certificate!
However empirestock told me a legal option is need to remove restriction before they can be transferred to a broker...plus faatbase have given little assistance.
I can't understand why fbse is being traded and I as a long term holder can't do anything with my shares.

I'm in the same situation as you... I have my share certificate from empirestock the transfer agent but cannot transfe shares due to the SEC restriction Rule 144.

How many Restricted shares do you on?
Perhaps there might be a non-brokered transaction possible. For example ....some version of gifting....as seen in estate planning. Perhaps a trade instead of a cash sale? I don't know what is possible, it is a fascinating question.
Someone surely may want them even if presently restricted. I will admit I am more interested than most investors Iknow but my intuition tells me a very good day is coming for this stock.
