BG-We Have All Missed Plenty Of Runs...
Its all part of the FUN...
Find that running after the hype is a sure loser... In this market by the time you get there its over...
Then when you take a look at what your stuck with for the long term its not ever as great as it sounded... Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt... And thats about all... lol...
I stuck with SKGV and it went up... I stuck with CLRT and it went up... Now I'm sticking with FBNI until it goes up... Or down... Or sideways...
Its going to do something over the course of the 15 Month PGATOUR Agreement... Can't wait to see... IMHO... Papa
Hi BigGuy...you'll have fun here! In fact, that's what it should be...those doubledeckers are kool!
Muel - Form T...got my imagination going, but nothing that would aid in that effort...lol!

Papa, I'm just starting to learn about and play with pennies. I'm an evironmental scientist (missed SKLNQ run 0.08 to $1.20, funds tied up at the time)with prior background in advanced computer electronics. Work to much, but hope to find time to bring something to the board. Not much experience in golf, but who knows with FBNI we all may meet and drive a few in Japan to celebrate, in the long run.
Glad to be here!
Have a happy Easter everyone.

Welcome ARBIGGUY,
you might try including links. Sounds very interesting though about the Chinese web site!
Hello everyone, made the jump over from RB. Will still follow RB for fun, but you have more insight here.
Something interesting; did exact phrase search on NBCi for FBNI and a golf web site in China was one of the hits. Could not read it, but it was still there. Any ideas?
Thanks to everyone here for the positive outlook.
Muel-
I was told that the "Form T" was used to report late trades after the close... Trades that are actually made during normal hours just reported after hours... Maybe people getting in just under the wire... FWIW...
Think this is different than the afterhours trading on Instinet showing 650K volume afterhours today... 4:05 to 6:30.... Just trying to piece this afterhours puzzle together myself... Pretty soon its going to be 24 hours a day so get use to it... Let me know what you discover...
Take a look at the CBS Afterhours quote...

Revenues are king in this market... Hope F2 will hit the ground running with this new co-marketing agreement with the PGATOUR.COM...
Shows what a subpenny can do with a little good revenue news... Even with over twice the O/S of FBNI... Guess this proves the dilution theory isn't working here...
The Market Cap gives investors a real basis to judge from...
We now know...
On March 20, 2001, a total of 138,935,386 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding.
At todays prices it would give F2 a 900K+- Market Cap...
That information plus this new information...
Total projected revenue for the quarter ending 3/31/01 is expected to be approximately $894,000.
Shows the F2 market cap almost equal with just one quarters revenues...
Gives you a starting point to begin to determine the value of the company...
The Market Currently values F2 At 900K+-... Is this the true value of the company??? Longs hope it is worth more and will increase in value during the course of their investment...

Muel-F2 Has Alliance With RealNetworks Now Streaming NBA...
RealNetworks The Streaming Media Leader Is jumping into Pro Sports in a big way... Now they have The NBA.COM and Major League Baseball...
Think I will send REAL a email saying how nice it would be to have the F2/PGATOUR.COM relatioship under their umbrella... They could buy a majority share in F2 at a bargain right now... It would be nice to have a rock solid partner like RealNetworks behind you...
They say consolidation is the next big movement for compatable internet companies so it would make sense for REAL to grab FBNI along with its PGATOUR Agreement before someone else does...
Still can't believe F2 landed this big fish under the noses of the Streaming Media Giants... Now F2 needs to figure out a way to leverage this agreement to increase shareholder value...
Would suggest they contact RealNetworks and see if they can't expand this strategic relationship into a partnership... Also Microsoft has a competing streaming network that could be interested as well...
F2 should be on the phone all day everyday trying to market this agreement on all the different levels... imho... Papa

Real And the NBA Shoot Some Hoops
By The seattle.internet.com Team
Looks like streaming fans from around the world will be going online this Friday to watch the Dallas Mavericks take on the Sacramento Kings.
The basketball game, scheduled to begin at 8:30pm EST, will be available to both broadband and narrowband Internet users on RealVideo for free on NBA.com and Real.com, exclusively using RealPlayer from Seattle-based RealNetworks.
Don't be surprised if you here: "Buenos noches seniores y senioritas". The game, produced by NBA Entertainment, will be available in both English and Spanish.
And what does the commish have to say about all of this?
"We are proud to participate with RealNetworks to make the first live professional sports game available online to fans on a global basis," says David Stern. The NBA and RealNetworks announced their multi-year partnership this past January.
According to Mavericks Owner Mark Cuban, it is very exciting to be part of the first stream broadcast of an NBA game.
"The ability to watch an NBA game from almost any Internet-enabled device opens the NBA to fans worldwide. This is just the beginning and I'm proud that the NBA is on the forefront of the digital delivery of content and that the Mavs are a part of this watershed event."
Bringing the NBA to the world wide web actually makes a lot of sense. More than one-third of NBA.com's traffic comes from outside the United States and the webcast is expected to draw a large international audience as the two teams feature several international players, such as the Mavericks' Steve Nash (Canada)and Wang Zhizhi (China).
Although this first game is for free, it will be interesting to see if the NBA will follow suit with the decision by the Major League Baseball to offer Webcasts on a subscription basis.

We could be the lowest O/S once everyone reports... F2 also has a Market Cap that is only a little over one Quarters Revenues... Buyout Candidate ???
F2 can trade high volume with the big boys with a low O/S... Shows Strong Interest... imho... Papa

F2 Broadcast Network Debuts Wireless Technology At Tournament Players Championship March 19-25
3/22/2001 9:38:00 AM
BOCA RATON, Fla., Mar 22, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- F2 Broadcast Network, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FBNI), a provider of Internet video production services specializing in the creation of turnkey solutions for live, on-demand and archived convergent media, will debut several technological media innovations at The Players Championship, taking place March 19 - 25 at the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Featured technologies to be debuted by F2 Broadcast at the TPC will include:
Perceptual Robotics: F2 Broadcast has entered into a relationship with the PGA TOUR to maintain and oversee perceptual robotics technology for TOUR events. By providing the bandwidth, maintenance and delivery system, F2 Broadcast will employ perceptual robotics technology to provide Internet viewers with a 360-degree view of players' shots, both on the driving range and the putting green.
E-mercials: F2 Broadcast has been engaged by several of the largest golf equipment manufacturers in the industry to produce Internet-based commercials. F2 will host and broadcast these "e-mercials" over the manufacturer's web site. In addition each "e-mercials" will spotlight numerous top TOUR players promoting various golf related products and showcasing their skills at practice areas and on the course. F2 Broadcast will provide all production capabilities for these commercial spots.
"We're very excited to be producing Internet-based commercials for some of the leading manufacturers in the golf business," said Howard Stern, President and CEO of F2 Broadcast. "We feel that our production capabilities are among the best in the business, and working with the leading industry manufacturers will enable us to showcase our cutting edge technologies in the arena of Internet media production," continued Stern.
In addition, through their renewed agreement with PGATOUR.com, F2 Broadcast will continue providing original streaming video content for the 2001 tournament season through June of 2002. F2 Broadcast continues as an official "Internet Production Provider" of the PGA TOUR, and will stream live via satellite utilizing their own ISP.
Viewers can access features such as "Inside the Pressroom" -- featuring pre and post round interviews with PGA TOUR players -- either live or on demand at www.pgatour.com.

About Media Convergence
Media convergence is a "buzz" word in the industry right now. Media convergence occurs when a medium crosses-over into the territory traditionally occupied by a different class of media. As a result the boundary separating print and electronic media has become blurred. Even the traditional distinction between radio and television is becoming more ambiguous as many radio networks start broadcasting images via the Internet. This crossing-over has been made possible by new communications technology.
New technologies have broken down the barriers that once separated media into rigid categories. . For instance, magazines have successfully become TV programs. Radio stations and programs are now broadcasting images on the Internet. TV programs are opening up chat rooms to allow for interactive discussions with special guests. A great deal of experimental work is being done to establish both the logistical and marketing implications of new media.
