F2 Broadcast Network is a provider of Internet video production services specializing in the creation of turnkey solutions for live, on demand, and archived convergent media. F2 Broadcast delivers content via both high-speed Internet access and satellite uplink. With satellite downlink facilities at both its Palm Beach and Broward County locations F2 Broadcast is uniquely positioned to successfully produce and stream content from any location and deliver it to the World Wide Web.

Total projected revenue for all divisions for the period 1/1/01 - 3/31/01 is expected to be approximately $894,000, up from $708,000 for the same period in the previous year. The Radio and Live Entertainment revenue and expenses are expected to be relatively flat, with revenue expected to approach $690,000 on expenses of $530,000. The Internet Broadcast division is expected to post estimated revenue of $195,000, up from $9,030 in the same period for the previous year. Expenses for this division are estimated to be $180,000, down from $503,000 for the same period in the previous year. The projected revenue and expenses is based on accrued advertising, sponsorship and video production that has been contracted, delivered, and/or collected.
