It’s an obvious sham. There will come a day where the SEC steps in and shuts these scammers down. Clearly no one is buying the occasional tweets from whoever is in control. They are losing money building homes but Rachel was given over $2 mil in debt for a company any of us could run? It’s not hard to be a home builder. Most municipalities don’t even require a GC to be licensed, only trades for permitting. This is a share issuing scam imo. They can’t even change the ticker. We’ve all seen this LOI bait throughout the OTC. XTRM is not good at it. $100 bucks we see a reverse split when the A/S is maxed at 2.5 bil which shouldn’t take long. They added almost 200 mil in the last few weeks. No wonder that we saw .0002. No bid is coming imo.

Not sure this is management issues. If you have any grouping of OTC stocks same pattern of blame on mgmt etc. MM take 50C from one stock and add it to another. The pattern is from AI and the MM's have not created a market but rather destroyed one. MM's working in pattern for collusion. They have about 3 months left I believe before the toxic's have to be out. I agree the OTC could be on the way out. Either trade the stock up or down, get rid of it, take it dark, or anything but MM's main and only job is to create volume.
