It’s an obvious sham. There will come a day where the SEC steps in and shuts these scammers down. Clearly no one is buying the occasional tweets from whoever is in control. They are losing money building homes but Rachel was given over $2 mil in debt for a company any of us could run? It’s not hard to be a home builder. Most municipalities don’t even require a GC to be licensed, only trades for permitting. This is a share issuing scam imo. They can’t even change the ticker. We’ve all seen this LOI bait throughout the OTC. XTRM is not good at it. $100 bucks we see a reverse split when the A/S is maxed at 2.5 bil which shouldn’t take long. They added almost 200 mil in the last few weeks. No wonder that we saw .0002. No bid is coming imo.
